Ken Starr, the lawyer who was a special prosecutor during the Bill Clinton investigations in the 1990s has admitted he could have gone after Hillary Clinton for perjury.

Apparently he somehow decided not to.

He was "interviewing" both Bill and Hillary and questioning them about the Vince Foster death, and the Whitewater land deal.

Hmmmm.

Imagine what today would be like if he had ?

Ken Starr Considered Perjury Charges Against Hillary

Former independent counsel Ken Starr writes in his new memoir that he considered — but ultimately abandoned — the idea of perjury charges against then-first lady Hillary Clinton after her “preposterous” deposition with investigators in 1995.

“I was upset over Mrs. Clinton’s performance, and was even considering bringing the matter before the Washington grand jury for possible indictment on perjury,” Starr writes in “Contempt: A Memoir of the Clinton Investigation,” which hits bookshelves Tuesday.

Fox News obtained an advance copy of the book. In it, Starr recounts a Jan. 22, 1995, deposition with both then-President Bill Clinton and the first lady about the suicide of White House adviser Vince Foster and other issues stemming from the Whitewater land deal investigation.

Thank YOU.

I haven't had so many laughs since the whole thing started.

This stuff has been folly and fear for me,

I don't really know what to believe.

But somewhere between the BS and the actual truth.

Folks with common sense will figure it out,

The others... Jeez

GO Q.

Starr was a coward just like Comey was a coward.
I see one of the top Clinton deflectors was here, where are the rest?
You would have to be a complete freaking idiot not to see the old hag has been lying about everything for over 40 years.

Don't worry. The word is out. Prepare for the lunacy. Also, not sure how they get away with one word posts. Anyone else would be permanent banned for that kind of thing.

A sudden case of suicide would make it hard to speak, wouldn't it!

It's not that he was a coward, it's that he could not prove she was lying. From the Fox News source:

But Starr suggested he eventually decided against pursuing criminal charges against Hillary Clinton because it would have been hard to prove she lied...

“We just did not have the evidence to bring those charges,” he said

www.foxnews.com...

So there is no need to deflect for Clinton.

Sometimes I lay awake at night and think about what all changes would have happened if I entered a relationship with one or another girl that I passed on at the time. Like how that would have meant not dating one I did or how I might have moved and not met other people that became friends...that sort of thing. I usually conclude that I did things as I did because I was supposed to do things in that order to be where I am. So no regrets.

Everybody does similar things as private thoughts. That Ken Starr has publicly shared it, sounds like regrets to me. But consider this. Had he got her then, there would be no President Trump to entertain us by blowing people’s minds with TDS antics. So things worked out in the end.
