Hi Folks!
As a disclaimer: I am not an American but a citizen in the Netherlands, I'm not a Democrat, I am not a Republican. I consider myself a bit to the right in the political spectrum, but it can vary on specific topics. I do actually read a lot about the US (& politics) from the larger and smaller news outlets in the US, but also from e.i. RT, BBC, Dutch news, German news and so on. So I am not uninformed!

The Left in the US is screeching about Donald Trump that he in unhinged and emotionally unstable, so he cannot be President. Even calling for the invokement of the 25th amendement.
Fine, they have a right to an opinion... Even if it is an emotional opinion based on unnamed sources...

But if the Left is so up in arms about this, why not take a look at the 2020 presidential candidates on the Left?

Like Biden, who calls for violence when he is losing an argument? Remember the fighting he wanted to do with Trump? Is that really emotionally stable?

Like Cory Booker, who is crying like a little girl at several occasions? The latest during the confirmation Circus? Is that the emotionally stable President they envision?

Maybe E. Warren? Who is screeching about racism (as a white woman, lying about her heritage), about sexism on every occasion she is loosing the argument... Will that be her foreign policy agains Russia, or against North Korea? Is that really emotionally stable, screeching about sexism and racism where there is none but imaginary?

Kamala Harris? Again one person who only has one argument in discussions: Racism! Sexism! Even if she has to make some up, she will find it! Like framing Judge Kavanough via Twitter. Again, very emotionally stable! ...NOT...

Don't get me started on Maxine Waters!

Crazy Andrew Cuomo? Hillary's lapdog Tim Kaine? Bernie Sanders who is about 161 years old in 2020? Maybe Evil Hillary herself?

It seems to me, the hypocrisy & stupidity is ruling again and again and again...

I share the view that Trump is unconventional, many times I disagree with his policies. But when I compare his behavior to that of the Left 'leaders', he seems pretty normal to me...

presidents do really few things that are known publicly but are of their individual choice alone.

I have been of the opinion for a bit now that rather than proliferate the hate, perhaps the left could find a person who wasn't an idiot to run for office, and then perhaps, rather than spend all your time trying to find something Trump did wrong, they could worry about how they are going to keep the economy strong. (if they win, and the economy tanks, then it will look an awful lot like it wasn't Obama who set Trump up for greatness, but rather Trump himself.)

Part of me wants them to pull Hillary out of the mothball ridden closet one more time.

Trump takes people out of their comfort zone.
That makes them uncomfortable in their high dollar spoiled politician shoes.

Trump was a friend to politicians on both sides "pictures prove that" when they wanted his money but now that he has entered their world he's not as well liked. Funny how that works.

We as a country have been lead for many years by people that supposedly have our best interests at heart. It's pretty much put the next four generations in debt and let our jobs leave the country.
We also wanted something different, hence trump.
Like him or not, being a different type of leader is bound to ruffle feathers.

I like the change, trump 2020!

I consider myself an independent, as the two party system is incredibly stupid...

...But the left cannot be allowed to win.
Can NOT.

They threw out every shred of dignity they could find during the Obama administration, and then corrupted every agency they could manage to make sure they could maintain control.
Then, they attempted to rig an election to get the most corrupt person they could find in control. Someone with so many skeletons in their closet they could be told exactly what to do at all times. By colluding with the deep state (which includes the world banks) they were able to cover up their crimes.
Two years later and the fbi is still clearly working for them, not the people.

Some two decades ago, they decided to be the "blue" team- because if they were red their communist agenda would just be too obvious.

The left must be stopped.

The US population is becoming emotionally unstable, so we might very well get an emotionally unstable president.

The 2020 election will be interesting because it'll be all about socialism.

Says the guy from one of the most socialized countries in the world, the Netherlands. Where abortion are not under attack and on demand abortions are allowed up to 24 weeks, paid family leave is guaranteed for both parents, where they have, socialized medicine, individual child care financial benefits and public daycare, public education, etc., etc., etc.,

Does that bum you out, OP?

The Netherlands is socialist? I think not. (I know, I live here.)

You expect a woman to give birth and return to work the next day? Good luck! Will you throw the baby out with the bath-water?

Tell you what. Let's all just return to the dark ages, everything was much better then.

Even this the latest ploy to try and turn people that voted for Pres. Trump will fail . Soon the MSM will have to start the talk of a recession . Which will create a slow down in the economy . Its the only chance the dems really have. Because telling people higher taxes and less money in your pocket only works after you've been elected.

I don't mind women taking control of their own womb. It is not as easy as you portray in your post. When I became a dad, I had only 2 days paid leave from work, thats it.. Our socialize medicine is not as socialized as it seems, but it is having the effects of socialism indeed, it is getting more expensive every year... Also, being a part of the most anti-democratic institution of the western world (the EU), our freedom is not guaranteed. Our country is nice, but far from perfect.
Still our politicians are just as corrupt as yours, and they care just as much about the people as over there, so we share that
I wish we had someone like Trump over here...

So, again, nothing to add to the post. Just another whataboutism. Nice one.

Tbh I think Trump is a perfect president.

Representation baby! Your president is as equally retarded, unstable and backwards as the nation.

Good times!

I kid I kid, but honestly get over yourselves and stuff... Trump's an idiot and it's kinda funny seeing Americans or anyone singing his praises and acting like that's the best the US has to offer.

It's like crapping in your hands and proceeding to clap.

It is easy to go after the person, not the subject, it is apparently the emotionally stable thing to do

Very well written. I agree. The left keeps pushing further to the Looney side of the spectrum. Something about an island tipping over? I cant speak too highly of the right either, but they aren't putting their chips on groups like the Alt Right or the Proud Boys. Or on candidates that call for dismantling ICE.
