Well it seems the msm are having a field day about this being alien related...topic ridiculed and swept under the rug in 3,2,1...

You know, if Air Force 1 heads to New Mexico in the next little bit, we might be in for the deal of universe. A summit to top all summits. The Donald negotiating for the whole planet. Maybe the Donald being appointed by them as Governor of the annexed Sol.

If your meds let you have booze- the *best* place to get solid info is a local (or about as local as you can get in that area) bar. Better yet, buy a promising info source a drink or 2...

Hum Hollowman has an observatory too.

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Erin O’Connell, Detachment 4, 2nd Weather Squadron solar analyst, uses a white light board to observe the size of solar spots on the sun at the Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., solar observatory June 7.

If there are pets left behind, this is certainly a big deal of epic proportions. I wouldn't leave without my pets. That being said, are we certain that the PEOPLE left? Was there a caravan of cars out of Sunspot at some point? Hard to discern.

Also -- has anyone contacted the Sheriff's office for comment? Local guys hate it when the FBI (or insert letter agency here) takes over their turf.

Makes ya wonder.. if it's not actually true, and this is the simplest way to cover it up?
"Quick! Tell the MSM to cover the alien angle!"
"Geeze! It IS aliens!!! Are you nuts?"
"Nope- they'll put their usual 'ridicule the crap out of it' spin on it, and it'll be forgotten in a couple days!"

"Sweet!"

The population of Sunspot was at most about 80 people, so it would not have taken long to evacuate.

Well, MSM is taking up the story... almost a week later!

Frank Fisher, a public affairs officer at FBI’s Albuquerque Division, told Gizmodo that it was referring all inquiries to AURA. Lifson of AURA told Gizmodo today that the facility is still closed because the research group is still “addressing a security issue” and “is working with the proper authorities on this issue,” but has no further comment about the nature of the security issue.

A dispatcher at the Otero County Sheriff’s office told Gizmodo that the matter is still a complete mystery to their office. “We don’t know what is going on. We haven’t had any updates. We haven’t gotten any information at all,” he said. “There’s not much we can do about it. We’ve decided to respect their wishes. We’re not going to make any inquiries and they’re not telling us.”

gizmodo.com - This Is How It Starts: FBI Suspiciously Locks Down, Evacuates Solar Observatory in New Mexico.

They're playing up the "aliens, first contact" vibe because they have not been following the story or reading this thread! Other outlets reporting: CNET, RT, NY Daily News, Esquire, and, they could not help themselves, Daily Mail.

It is still an active investigation so I am not expecting any announcements. I have no idea what it really happening. Although that huge amount of elemental mercury is an interesting angle. If for no other reason that if ET did not have a speak-n-spell he could have tried the pressurized mercury to make anti-gravity trick and make his own way home!

Someone else that knows elemental mercury! So you’re not one of the special ones that think mercury is mega toxic!

Perhaps, the FBI was never up there in the first place.

That is the first real update in days. So, as of today, they are "still addressing a security issue".

What kind of a security issue requires a place to be evacuated for a week?

Well, now I am a bit confused.

So is the research team still there? (If they are working with authorities on the security issue) But everyone else was evacuated?

And seriously sheriff!?! You cool with not knowing what is going on for a week?
How long have you been sheriff?

*thinks a bit*

The research group- THE RESEARCH GROUP,- is addressing a security issue.

Ok. Anyone have any idea that doesn't point right at ET for a security issue a *research group* could possibly be addressing...

One that does all of this, yet.

Makes sense, but knowing the government, probably disinformation to mislead people.
