Yeah, you've mentioned that earlier.
It just seems odd that a moron like me can see the absurdity in their ways, when they have PHD'S figuring out their path.

Well, then- it should make you wonder who the real moron is, huh? I have no PHD, and I can see egghead idiocy in a whole lot of stuff, like city planning. I think higher education is in some areas- a scam.

The other observatories didn't go offline. It appears they only shut down webcams for them, not the observatories themselves.

So... Sunspot wasn't going to play ball like the rest of them or something?

There was nothing to play ball with, but Sunspot had nothing to do with that.

He found it one the other guy's laptop. Why was he looking at that computer?

Only, ONLY reason I can see for that is he might be the 'go to' for computer cleanup and repair. I did that when I was working at an animal shelter- I offered to clean up some computers. The *things* I saw- there was bestiality of epic proportions. I just stopped offering services, and had a chat with the shelter owners...

Why are they deep screwing this pooch so hard???
Something has the govt about ready to crap themselves in terror. I seriously doubt it's something like asteroid, or solar flare, or anything like that, and more something that'll wreck their grip on things as they are. What, I got no idea. I still think it's ET- but ET might be ready to send the government types packing or something. It's a fantasy of mine- aliens who actually have empathy for us lil ol earthlings, and are tired of the idiots ruling us.

Incoming particles from a NOVA that are effecting the sun, earth and planets.

First off, the funny business: Is it a Chevy Nova?

now... you know this how, exactly?

Head head man at the site. I doubt that. Too busy was a CYA, as usual.

Been watching space science for interest for some time, I have often thought there are particles incoming they hint at, nothing I know. Just my gout acting up tells me.

Then there is this
Curiosity Mars rover halts ALL scientific operations because a mysterious glitch in its main computer has blocked it from sending findings back to Earth

The problem was discovered on September 15th

Curiosity just went through a massive dust storm that lasted months, with the computer shut down. Considering the rovers were designed for a 90 day mission, it's not surprising the computer is starting to act up.

But, despite this being an observatory, what happened isn't space related.

Would what was there have been there in case of something space related?

And now that the national solar observatory is in Hawaii, would one be installed there?

Yes. It was placed there for a reason.

There might be, but I don't know all the locations.

I have to agree that I don't believe that they went through all that over a janitor and child porn. I don't think anyone here with a ounce of brains would take that excuse at face value. Since it was reported to the media then it must be true right?? This sounds like a typical canned response "Nothing to see here it was just swamp gas". So this was so secret that the local sheriff couldn't be told or let in the loop? The FBI didn't want the area or individual to be alerted to their presence. By not going viral all over the internet and news?? LOL!! Black choppers, closing down post office, etc. I mean come on!

LOL, Bruce Willis money? That’s the first time I’ve ever heard anyone say that. Although if you think about it, I imagine Ol’ Bruce Bruce is loaded...

I was trying to think of some real bad @$$ movie guy that'd have the money to do it and also actually go through with such a thing. Bruce Willis was the only guy I could come up with. Lol! I'm glad someone caught the absurdity of it.

The only way I can think that it has ANYTHING to do with CP is if it was found after the fact. The initial reason for the shutdown had nothing to do with CP but it has either become a lucky after-the-fact find or it's just a complete cover story. So, just agreeing with ya.
