When your cover story sucks, and involves criminal activity, it helps to have a patsy. He knew the FBI was supposedly there looking into criminal activity, he knew he was supposedly the criminal in question, and he camps out right in the open, in front of god and country?

Want to bet he never gets arrested or if he is, never goes to trial?

They can also be used to extract people that are working for someone else that need to go away. He gets accused, is removed from his position, goes away with the Feds, and off to his next job.

I've looked into him a bit, be doesn't seem like much.
But then again, those are the best ones I suppose.
My guess though, is no. He's just a guy getting caught up in something he knows nothing about.
