The birthday card I received from our eldest daughter(18).

A smile and a tear, followed by a warm hug.

The only downside was that she made sure there were 43 candles on my cake.

42 + 1 for good luck.

A good day, overall.

I had a huge smile when my cat, Joey came up to me and licked my hand and plopped down on his back so I could scratch is belly. He looked so darn cute I couldn't help but laugh.

My friend burned me a CD of all my old songs that I composed from years back and gave it to me. It was a nice gift as many of those were lost when my Harddrive crashed 2 years ago.

The Ghost Car

This is a pretty cool video. Cops are chasing down a car. During the entire clip I was waiting to see the guy turn off his lights and disappear and thats the ghost car. Was surprised to see the ending and still cant figure out how he did it.

Riding my scooter, I saw a macho, huge, pro wrestler, biker type cuddleing a very small pink poodle, talking in a squeeky, baby talk voice. Beautiful........

Seeing as Moderator's Musings had been mentioned above I took a peek at a few others and found this:

I liked this a lot and would hope that everyone take this onboard.

Taking action over T&C's is just a part of why we are here and a part which I don't doubt all of us would happily wave goodbye to were it never required again. Action over T&C's is just one aspect of our main purpose here which is, as said, to help make ATS as enjoyable an experience as possible. The quote is certainly in line with my way of thinking.

For over two years now I have enjoyed ATS immensely thanks to the work of everyone here and I thought that maybe I could return a little more of the enjoyment that I had taken. To me every action taken by a member of staff is a thank you to everyone that helps make ATS such a wonderful community. (Just to note: I don't think I've met a member of staff who hasn't agreed that perhaps the best part is the ability to give out the 'thank you' of applause.)

I like the above quotes, they made me smile. Bear them in mind and if you have any questions or need any of us, for any reason, give us a shout. Good musings JJ.
