Ahh, I see! Its wrapped in tobacco, rather than being a paper wrap! Its hard to tell these days, with the prevalence of natural papers, which tend to be darker in tone than the almost copier paper like appearance of standard papers.

That makes a whole bunch more sense.

I don't think anyone around these parts does stuff like that, probably because if they are going to have tobacco, they generally just mix their MJ with regular rolling tobacco, to reduce the amount of weed it takes to actually produce a smoke that will get them where they are after being.
