So Giuliana has told the AP that Trump will not answer, in person or in writing, any questions about obstruction of justice as it relates to the probe of Russian interference into the 2016 election.

The link to that is here:

www.yahoo.com...

The only reason NOT to answer the basic question of "Did you attempt to obstruct the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election?" is because the answer is "yes" . Otherwise.. what's there to hide?

With Trump calling the anonymous NYT op-ed writer a coward, it's a bit ironic that he's too much of a coward to say "No I didn't" under oath.

He will not answer questions because the investigation is illegal and ...

we all know it!

It may be theater but that would depend on Mueller being an enemy or a friend.

Time will give us the answer.

You also need to understand the rules re POTUS.

He is answerable to Congress not some guy that seems to be a prick.

Epic Fail
1) The article you linked says that they dont know if Trump is onboard with Guilianni . As Trump has said no-such
2) The article is a speculation piece
3) If that were the only question , I am sure The Don would have no problem answering

4) So , you are now judge and jury .
You need to wake up before starting a thread
Never post while dreaming
And , dont forget to change your sheets when you do...

It looks to me (for what that's worth) like Muller is going for perjury, so if they feel like that's where it is heading why submit anything or say anything that could be used to catch you in a trap. (Bill Clinton)

Better to stone wall in my opinion because ANYTHING that is given will be picked over in a huge way and almost guaranteed to be leaked to the media probably in time to (in there opinion) help the dems in the midterm.

If Mueller had anything on Trump, he wouldn't need a confession.

End of story.

The MSM is already bummed-out over Mueller agreeing to Written Answers to questions, instead of a sit-down interview with the President.

This evening, Giuliani disclosed that Mueller wanted the opportunity to ask any follow-up questions to Trump's written responses, IN PERSON. (Warning Warning...Perjury Trap ahead!)

Giuliani's response to Mueller was "We'll answer the agreed-upon questions in writing, but that's all you're getting. No in-person follow-up questioning will be allowed."

Source: www.reuters.com...

BTW.. Congressional Investigators held a press conference today to explain why Bob Mueller's investigation is illegal, and why it will be quickly terminated if President Trump declassifies certain documents.

I missed where Giulianis "admits" anything. Could you please quote that part?

Or is the title deliberately misleading?

So do you think the SC caught Bill
Clinton in a trap and he was actually innocent?

Let me guess, typical leftist feed, given to eccentric over embellished headlines and barebone contexts designed to keep the carrot enticing ☺️

Innocent, not in the least.

But he got caught using the wrong words and it resulted in perjury, that's the easiest way to get the ball rolling on an impeachment proceeding.

Dems don't need to remove the president just try to remove him and that will play well with their base especially if they fail to remove him and can just blame the republicans.

From your hyper-partisan rag source:

"That's a no-go. That is not going to happen," Giuliani said. "There will be no questions at all on obstruction."

Thus your thread title is a lie.

They're arguing that "when the President does it, it's not illegal".

We remind you of these facts simply because even assuming, arguendo, that the President did order the termination of an investigation (and the President, along with Mr. Comey in his testimony and in his actions, have made it clear that he did not) this could not constitute obstruction of justice.
