Senator John McCain put it best in his farewell letter. All Americans should heed his words and break free of the tribalism trap, with the high aim of uniting through our shared values and love of this great nation.

Tribalism? Identity politics? McCain couldn't stay with his own party's platform for more than a single bill. Exactly what "shared values" are we talking about? - Our national anthem? The Flag? The Constitution? The integrity of our sovereign territory (i.e. borders)? Our laws? Seems Trump's opposition loves to pick and choose those values and warps them to meet their own ends. Mexican flags are cool but no American, someone might be offended. No foreign election meddling but let's allow millions of illegal aliens to vote!

Utter madness. Many of us are old enough to remember up from down before they turned the world on it's head. Seditious and proud of it, now there's a legacy McCain could heartily endorse.

Funny though, evidence comes out of people inside the admin actively sabotaging trump, and actually saying dont call us deep state, call us steady state, and you still dont believe it.

The root of the problem is the president’s amorality. Anyone who works with him knows he is not moored to any discernible first principles that guide his decision making.

Although he was elected as a Republican, the president shows little affinity for ideals long espoused by conservatives: free minds, free markets and free people. At best, he has invoked these ideals in scripted settings. At worst, he has attacked them outright.

This has been obvious from day one. Of course, it's what his "base" wanted, and they have yet to realize these behaviors are a detriment to our country.
