Well, looking at US history, the protesters that were traditionally ejected by force of law were black people protesting Civil Rights. There were also the poor immigrants at the turn of the 20th century, but they used water cannons on them instead.

Oh put it back in the deck.

Put what back in the deck? I was just talking about history. What are you assuming I'm saying here?

peaceably

you are so right
just not in the way you intend to be

Speech you don’t agree with isn’t violence. I realize that’s lost on a lot of people around here.

you are correct again
just not in the way you intend

I posted the code of conduct for congressional galleries earlier in this thread perhaps you should read it

it is back to what you posted earlier that peaceable word
that is not lost on you is it?

Again, how were they not peaceable?

I’m sure you have examples of some sort of violence being carried out. Let’s see them.

Neophobes clearly don't.

A free society doesn't mean Trump haters get to do what ever the eff they want to.

They sure aren't winning hearts of minds with the snip they pulled yesterday or the last two years.

Is part of the problem.

Lol. Neo. Friendly advise. You may want to just stop digging that hole. What you said has no valid spin. You just look desperate trying to justify why liberals don't deserve the same rights you do.

What hole?

Being a Trump hater?

No sense of logic morality, or factual basis?

Try again.

I mean I disapprove of making claims without evidence like that thread does, but there is nothing wrong with writing an unfounded thread, neo.

You got it all wrong, Soros is paying ANTIFA to disrupt the nominee to distract you while he takes your guns away... ANTIFA is going to go door to door and take our guns man.

Had they simply followed the code of conduct for the gallery this would not be an issue. Admission to the gallery is not a right, is it?

Why would violence be needed to not be peaceable?

Hey man. Do you. I was just trying to help. I know thinking about liberals triggers you something fierce, but I thought even you had respect for the Constitution. Though if you want to start advocating fascism and striping rights away from liberals, well that is your right. I'm frankly glad that your opinions are only on the internet though and not in governing halls.

To be accurate.

It's more than just Soros.

Both Clinton and Obama's 501c(4)'s have been shelling out a snipload of free money.

But they don't give one snip about that subversion of democracy.

They only pay lip service to getting the money out of politics.

The police said in a statement on Tuesday that they had "responded to numerous incidents of unlawful demonstration activities within the Senate Office Buildings today that were associated with the first day of hearings held by the Senate Judiciary Committee."

Capitol Police arrest 70 on first day of Kavanaugh hearings

So much for peaceful assembly.

First off, the protesters at the Kavanaugh hearing are invited guests of the democrat senators.

So this is all staged by the democrats.

Second, Trump is wrong to even insinuate that protest should not be allowed.

But this issue really isn't about protest. It's theatrics staged by the Senate democrats because they don't have enough "no" votes.

What types of speech do you classify as violent?

No proof ?

Direct violation of FEC laws.

Perkins Coie was the middle man (indirect contribution) by a foreign national,Steele.

Paid for by team left.

EXACTLY what they are supposedly trying to get Trump on.

Foreign COLLUSION.

The sheer amount of dark money being used to stage a coup against a democratically elected president.

Yesterdays snip show just another nail in that coffin.

From your link

The police said in a statement on Tuesday that they had "responded to numerous incidents of unlawful demonstration activities within the Senate Office Buildings today that were associated with the first day of hearings held by the Senate Judiciary Committee." The statement said 61 people had been removed and charged with disorderly conduct in one Senate office building and that nine more were removed from another office building "for unlawful demonstration activities" and charged with "crowding, obstructing or incommoding."

Hmmmm
I don't think any of that is covered by a peaceable right to assemble or any petition to redress grievances.
But I could be wrong...
