A world war is inevitable in the future, the planet isn't big enough to support the amount of breeding going on.
No one benefits from a nuclear war but what concerns me most is the simplicity of a chemical one.
Either this happens or the planet will become more police control as time goes on and civilians will get pissed off about it. As if modern day slavery isn't bad enough.

Look at England and Novichok.
Blamed entirely on Putin so they can heighten police pressure under every noses.

The Earth is good for 50+ billion people.....we have time.....but we need to begin to accept that the Earth is simply a STEPPING STONE FOR HUMANITY and that we are SUPPOSSED to be skipping along through the UNIVERSE AS A SPECIES the Earth was not our beginning and it is not supposed to be and will never be our end...there is ALREADY a UNIVERSAL HUMANITY in play.

What we do need to do is bring the people to the resources...global relocation with no borders or barriers...then we need to optimally manage our global resources and once we meet that standard and people live to only learn and explore and experience as opposed to working for the moneymongers like slaves then there will be no place left on this planet for us to seek to change and we will again look to the sky and stars for our next challenge as we have done many times in the past....first we clean up our own Kitchen and then we move forward.

On the contrary. There is deep denial that we are already at war with Russia. It is asymmetrical in nature, using the perceived weaknesses of liberal democracy against nations that Putin feels are inimical to his "Eurasianist" project. Russia poses no military threat to NATO.

China has more wisely been engaging in economic warfare, projecting soft power through development projects in Asia and Africa. Their Silk Road Economic Belt Initiative will eventually bring them into conflict with Russia. Since China has the stronger economy... let's just say Vladivostok may some day return to China....
