Anyone can generate an EMP nowadays....Nukes are passe….they are not really required anymore....they are more for dramatic effect really...nobody likes them anymore really....even the Bad Guys and Gals don't want to get blown up by mistake....this is a big game to them to remember....they are all only trying to make money right.


The real question in todays global tactical state of affirs is this....who can RECOVER FASTEST from a Continental level EMP....not from Nuclear blasts.....we see Major Countries spreading their assets GLOBALLY because of this massive problem....and then we are faced with the issue of a very smart country like say India surprising everybody and self-immolating and secretly launching a GLOBAL EMP incident hitting EVERYONE ...then making their move for Global domination in POST-EMP world with a different gameboard being used to play war.


It might seem funny but 100,000,000 Indian or Chineese Troops rowing their way and sailing their ways across the Oceans to land and to engage then dominate and conquor the entire world....IS A VERY VERY DOABLE CONSTRUCT.....the timing is almost perfect....by the time they got around and took every Country a few decades would have passed and technology would be beginning to return....once the playing field is rendered equal with NO ONE having high technoogy...and with everyone either rowing or sailing their boats....then like in past history World Domination becomes a simple math problem....and right now it is pretty easy to see both the problem and the solution....the problem is that if you released the Kraken into all world Oceans and rendered them unusable by anyone using metal ships or radio or tactical frequencies ....at the same time you engaged a Global EMP......it really does become a numbers game...and whoever gets on the job building a massive sailing FLEET first will likely win the WORLD"....lol...imagine Wooden ships of massive size being sailed by guys with ak-47s and RPGs.....lol...landing on say all American borders and shores.....100 million strong.......the only way for world powers with huge populations and militaries to equal American power and influence is to neutralise technology or high technology for EVERYONE AT ONCE ACROSS THE BOARD then ABSORB that impact as taking one for the Team then marching on in a low tech attempt to dominate the world using sheer numbers and occupation....I dont mean only sending Troops to occupy I mean like China sending 100 million Troops to dominate but having another 250 million men-women-children sailing directly behind them ready to TAKE PHYSICAL POSSESION of other COUNTRIES not just municipalities.....lol...and that is just the first wave....

I think the question we need to ask, and be concerned about, is at what point does a leader truly believe that Mutually Assured Destruction is no longer a given, but their own technological advancements guaranteed a successful 1st strike, the ability to neutralize any potential retaliatory strike, and activate a successful second strike on outstanding targets?

And.....if that point is ever achieved (and almost guaranteed by whichever countries Defence Ministers), at what point would a SuperPower attack the other?

At random, thus using the element of surprise, or would they wait until relations deter sufficiently to justify an attack?

Reaching such a strategic point for any nation, would be difficult not to take the immediate advantage.
