the jane doe case shows that you don't have to overturn roe to prevent abortions, just write and enforce laws to the extent that it effectively blocks a women from getting it and extend the legal process past the 20 week period.

which, if the ruling hadn't been overturned would have been what happened in the jane doe case.

When it was told to the committee that nbc was reporting on their meeting to coordinate planned disruptions of these hearings Grassley decided to go forward with it.

Trump had his token woman on his list of nominees, and a few other token legitimate candidates, but his nominee was going to be Kavanaugh from the get-go, and for one reason. He believes the POTUS has the right to be an authoritarian, and shouldn't be investigated while in office. When I read the bio's on the list, I actually laughed it was so obvious who his choice would be.

When Mueller issues his report which incriminates Trump and many of his swamp crooks, they will take it to the Supreme Court and he wants Kavanaugh there to object to the findings and say the investigation was illegal.

Here is your transparency. All anybody has to do, is open their mind enough to see it. It's more manipulation and self protection for this highly inadequate "president", who could care less about justice.

When he gets a chance to speak, he will address the concerns of the most stringent Senate naysayers. I suspect he will also try to educate them on the legal term “speculation”, though in such a polite way they’ll not even recognize he’s doing it.
