$22 million program to investigate UFO [UFO? video]

Sorry if this one was already posted. I figured it was since the video itself is 8 months old but I searched and didn't find it. I found this to be pretty cool. Though I am still not entirely sure I am a firm believer that the "Aliens" are real. At least not in the way they are in the movies or past conspiracy theories. Part of my just thinks they are time travelers or just some other form of top secret military crap. But enjoy (:

I for sure saw this video on ATS, but I don't recall the story of it being investigated.

Out of the defense department’s $600 billion budget, a very well-hidden $22 million went to the Advanced Aviation Thread Identification Program, an initiative that investigates reports of “anomalous aerial vehicles,” more colloquially known as UFOs.

The former director of the program, a military intelligence official named Luis Elizondo, resigned in October and shared previously classified videos of fighter jet pilots sighting UFOs.
