Slip of "the tongue" OP. Even "they" need leeway with that. You know? Like B.O. saying he's from "Kenya" and not the U.S. (Slip of the tongue), he (B.O.) didn't really mean to say that. He was merely, placating the audience.
I'm sure this piece of S***, commie/democrat was doing the same thing. He needs better ears, and less mouth.

OP. Don't advertise for fools. Everyone that lives in reality, wouldn't have heard this idiots words had you not advertised it. No self respecting individual pays any attention to CNN anymore...

Who gives a crap about what they think or do. I mean, c'mon, how does this affect you other then give you mental anguish for no reason.

Sorry for being so rude, but this political game has to stop because that is what it is, a game. Stop helping in dividing the country.

Damn, I need to shut up, but can't help myself.

Statements from DIMS are GOLDEN for Republican election commercials.

It's not just this one claim that's foolish. At one point a few years ago I would turn on the TV and hear about so many people die each day of this or that. I started thinking about those claims. I started putting those claims together and came up with the same numbers problem we have here. This many die from that, that many are killed by this. If true this would have been an animals only plant a long time ago. In short, maybe this guy misspoke. However it's my personal belief that he was going for the shock value. OH MY GOD 93 MILLION, WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING!!!!! It goes well with the other side of law making, to mention the need for this to protect children.

Exactly. I also feel that they do this crap because they think that the average person is a dumbass and will believe them. It's total shock value. If they get corrected... It's "Oh I meant something else"!

McAuliffe hasn't been governor since January. That clip is from June of last year. Are you really that desperate to create an anti-Left circlejerk?

Once more, Democrats prove their vast intellectual superiority over GOP by claiming that
guns kill ..... 93 MILLION PEOPLE PER DAY

93
Million
per
DAY!!!!!

Hmmm....243 days since January 1, that works out to a bit more than 22 BILLION people dead, or 3 times Earth's population.
Dead.
Since Jan 1.
Because of...guns....

W - T - F, Einstein.....

... and I fully support democrat idiots rights to free speech, in front of even more MSM cameras if possible.....

And that Nitwit is the governor? Also, a news agency actually put that on television? How many people listened to that stat and didn't question it in the least. The really weird part is the gov says he often talks about it? The masses really are becoming the undead. Kind of reminds me of the claim Trump is a bigot because he is speaking out against the black Antifa group... it would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic.

No you don't need to shut up. You need to remind us that this stuff really is divisive and you are so right, it doesn't help anything to get agitated about stuff like this. I need to remember that if there is something I can do about it do it, otherwise let it go.

So, Republicans always claim that millions of people are saved by guns each year, which is highly suspect.

It's those who like to use the chance to try to make someone look dumb.
Every one of us knows a person who knows exactly what you meant to say but still HAS to point it out .
To me it makes the one correcting everything look like an Ass.

Reality says 93 million Americans die from gun violence.

To misspoke one typically does not focus on each word with a firm break between each to get their point across.

For someone who, supposedly, makes his living with words...?

"93 million Americans..." is a world class mistake.

Of course, he misspoke, doesn't change the fact that it's funny, in a sick sort of way.

So solemn. So elder statesman like. Then to allow that to come tumbling out...

One should really pay attention when attempting to use the dead for political purposes.

93 per day, not million.

Considering President Trump making a coherent sentence is a rarity, I'll let a single verbal slip up of some governor slide.

What is your opinion on when a politician doesn't miss-speak? But rather intentionally lies on a regular basis?

Well everyone knows that four out of three people are prone to foot in mouth disease, and eleventy percent of people would agree.

Some people don't know how to politics.

Not a Republican (just an American citizen). In my view, it just plain doesn't matter. It's part of the Constitution and if you don't like it, there are plenty of other countries to live in. Which gun grabbers are so fond of pointing out (How they love to point out that the US is the only country that gives people actual rights).

You know why gun grabbers don't move to those socialist havens they like so much? Because the people there don't want them. Most of these nice socialist utopias don't want immigrants either. They're as insular and xenophobic as anyone else anywhere else on the planet.

Try it. Try immigrating to a country where guns are either banned or tightly controlled. Unless you have a skill that's in demand there they don't want you. They don't want someone who is going to be a liability on their welfare system. Which most liberals in the US would be.

Try immigrating to Australia if you don't have a skill that's super in demand there. See what happens if they believe you will be more trouble than you're worth.
