Politicians think in dollar signs. Maybe he meant that the insurance companies lose 93 million a day on gun violence. Which I could believe because you'll pay $300 for a bandage at an ER.

The push to ban guns didn't really begin in earnest until the passage of Obamacare. At which point, insurance companies had to start thinking about paying the medical bills of drug pushers and street thugs. Such people are often getting shot. Or shooting each other.

You can usually follow the money. Very few people actually give a rat's ass about dead people unless it's someone they care about or unless it takes a financial chunk out of their own ass.

If it was possible to really follow the money on the gun ban noise, I'd almost bet it leads to the insurance industry.

Obviously he misspoke.

If you were trying to deflate egos of the Democrats, I could think of several ways.

But this is just...childish.

No, au contraire.

I support McAuliffe's right to free speech....

And I support your right to take something so stupid and go complete drama queen over it.

Completely silly topic.

Drama queen ? You are the one having a hissy fit about it, not me.

Glad to hear you now support free speech unlike in the other thread,
So, in light of this, will you unreservedly condemn the California Democratic Party ?
(my bet is no, with dunce excuse, incoming in 4,3,2,....)

I also like the Democrats new trend of using funerals and eulogies to deliver political messages, this is in keeping with their other use they have for dead people - votes.

Quoted for sheer brilliance.

You win the internets today!!!

We all know McCain will vote a straight democratic ticket for the coming midterms.

And again in 2020.

It would be unwise to underestimate the devious brilliance of Democrats.

I'm sure many are figuring out ways to get those 93 million dead Americans to vote democrat in the next election.

Twice!

Debatable.

But we are talking about Terry McCauliffe, here...

However, it seems completely in line with the DNC playbook, or what's left of it. Just repeat any line or exaggeration over and over and over and over and over and over, and there's a leftist SOMEWHERE that'll buy it. Hook, line and sinker.

The REAL question here is, how many DNC/Government tit-feeding dumb-asses believed it? I don't know. But I think it's safe to say that number is NOT zero.

But hey, disregarding all that, you have to admit that it's HILARIOUS.

The feds are reportedly investigating Hillary Clinton’s good friend Terry McAuliffe.Details are sparse, but CNN is reporting that the FBI and prosecutors from the Justice Department are scrutinizing donations made to McAuliffe’s gubernatorial campaignby a Chinese businessman via his U.S. companies. I

McAuuliffe is the last person to be running his mouth right now.

A flock of corruptocrats.

Obviously he meant '93 a day'

Asked at a news conference about what he believed could be done to protect politicians, McAuliffe, a Democrat, said, "Let me say this: I think we need to do more to protect all of our citizens. I have long advocated -- this is not what today is about -- but there are too many guns on the street. We lose 93 million Americans a day to gun violence." He later clarified that he intended to say 93 Americans a day, not 93 million.

I would have thought you conservatives would be accustomed to misspeaking by now... considering how much your messiah in chief conveniently does it.

THERE we go!

First order of business. WITHOUT FAIL.

Get a dig at Trump in, cause that monkey on your back GOT to be fed, yes?

See? THERE it is!

Like clockwork. "Old Faithful", so-to-speak.

How many times have you nonconservative-americans verbally gigged our side for the "but, but, but Hillary", thing?

Monkey see, monkey do....

93 Americans a day die from gun violence? More like 9.3 people a day die from gun violence. 93 x 365 = 33,945. 9.3 x 365 = 3394.5 and I think that is still a little high. (excluding Chicago)

Motor vehicle accidents still kill more Americans every year than firearms, and disease and medical conditions kill the most.

All this off the top of my head, numbers aren't exact or reflect FBI statistics.

People he's just another person talking about "Fortnite", so yes his claims may be real (in a manner of speaking). That game has gotten a little to popular in my opinion, and let's face it's less violent that "Madden 19" (nobody has gone on a "Fortnite" shooting spree) but geesh even political puppets are thinking that the games real. Give me a break, I bet these same groups think that the person they see in VR-Porn really does like them.

I also like how Democrats once again prove their mental superiority by making a warmongering Republican senator their new poster boy.
