The Avian Flu variation known as H5N1 is the first-ever reported case of an avian influenza virus directly infecting a human being. This occurred in Hong Kong in May, 1997.

The CDC fear-mongers (and their friends in the Corporate Media) are warning of a global pandemic to the tune of 50 million.

Many of the scientists most qualified for this type of research (not to mention cancer and AIDS) are no longer available for brain-picking.
