DOJ's Bruce Ohr kept Mueller deputy 'in the loop' about anti-Trump dossier, sources say
Catherine Herridge | Fox News

...

Embattled Justice Department official Bruce Ohr had contact in 2016 with then-colleague Andrew Weissmann, who is now a top Robert Mueller deputy, as well as other senior FBI officials about the controversial anti-Trump dossier and the individuals behind it, two sources close to the matter told Fox News.

...

Ohr's broad circle of contacts indicates members of FBI leadership knew about his backchannel activities regarding the dossier and Steele.

DOJ's Bruce Ohr kept Mueller deputy 'in the loop'...

It seems that Ohr is becoming more in focus as this wears on. What significance is this?

Well if true that should end the rushia farse.
No plausible deniability for muellers team.

Sounds like a clandestine operation that has many rabbit holes.

Wonder why they didn't do this the normal above board and legal way?

Hmmm

Andrew Weissmann is a walking pile of dung.
Mueller is a cad for allowing the feces on his team.
Mullers going to taint his " legacy" if he doesn't get his house in order, that or he is neck deep in the filth.

Steele was frustrated and afraid of something, when mueller removed Strzok from team. Ohr reconnected Steele via muellers pit bull, Weisman?

If this story is true, it is huge

First off ohr had no business being involved in the case whatsoever, especially seeing as how his wife was working for the company making the dossier

He certainly shouldn’t have been backchanelling to Steele, who was fired by the fbi

The fbi has so far denied that they knew of ohrs involvement or his wife’s connections

Now we are finding out that not only did they know, but if this story is accurate muellers deputy Weissman was also involved

Ohrs involvent in his case is going to be investigated for possible misconduct

So how can muellers team have a fair look when one of the higher ups in it may be a witness into this investigation?

Weissman would clearly have an incentive to not want his friend ohr to not get in trouble, which makes any part of this case he worked on suspect

In addition, seeing as how he was predisposed to the very dossier they are investigating, how can he impartially the investigate it?

Did mueller know of this?

If he did, and still allowed Weissman to be involved, this proves the whole investigation is tainted

If he didn’t know, he needs to fire Weissman immediately, and then start looking at what damage Weismann did.

That is if this story is true

I think we will find this ties back to Bill Baer, who was acting on the orders of Obama. Remember, Bill Baer took over in April 2016 as the acting associate attorney general which was right in the middle of the Republican primaries. Mcabe testified in April 2018 before Congress that Bill Baer told him to shut down the Clinton Foundation investigation. This is obviously at the direction of Obama. Now Bruce Ohr provided a list of a half dozen people in the FBI and DOJ that were in-the-know and at least one signed off on the FISA warrant. Bill Baer is suspiciously absent from the press stories, and I suspect we will find he was the one who signed off on the warrant which would implicate the Obama administration in orchestrating everything upto and including the Mueller investigation.

Sad thing is, silence is golden if used in the wrong way.

Why did this come out now? Ohr must be singing like a bird.

Who knows, maybe he's trying to save his own ass?

Sometimes I think, its for their family, it isn't worth going behind bars for treason.

Ohr has done nothing wrong. Trump has his henchmen attacking him because he's the countries for most expert on the Russian mob. And trump has long time relationship with the Russian mob. So he's someone who needs to go. Or be tarnished. Anything to make him a villian against trump.

JOB APPROVAL AT 36%...DISSAPROVAL...OVER 60%.
Most people think Mueller is doing a good job and want him to continue.

Trump uses the word impeachment in every conversation he has. He's terrified. He knows he's committed crimes.
Mueller is relentless.
If there was no collusion he would have wrapped this up already. I think he has a water tight case

Why? Mueller presumably investigated the claims in the dossier independently. So what?

The Mueller investigation is not being run by the FBI.

The more Trump tries to blacken someone's reputation, they greater threat they pose to him. There is a clear pattern: accurate reporting is "fake news." Dedicated public servants are "The Deep State." Career criminal investigators are "angry and conflicted." Trump has put himself in the position of a thief who is arguing that he cannot be put on trial because "policemen are biased against criminals."
