It wasn't seen flying over the entire mainland United States. The only picture of it was taken over Wichita, where it performed an S turn.

I think the platform that performed the s-turn show was Amarillo.

Ah, I thought there was multiple sightings. Must be getting mixed up.

Wichita and Amarillo were not the same platforms.

No, Amarillo was a straight line overhead. Wichita was performing S turns which is what caught his attention.

One is a tech demonstrator, other is a Black project platform in the arsenal.

I'd hazard a completely uninformed guess that Amarillo is operational because of the multiple aircraft sighted.

Is that a reasonable deduction?

Common theory is that one out of the three at Amarillo was the Northrop LRSB demo.

I figured that. Any guesses (informed or otherwise) on the others?

Nothing more than has already been discussed at length. Three or four possibilities for Wichita. IMO its not a transport, simply for the reason you would wand a BWB and not a true triangle for that one. I like MQ-L alot atm, but that doesnt really track with what has been said about it.
