No, I do not. I have never heard such an expression before.
Explain what it means if you can.
perhaps we need to go back a few steps.
1. This can help you understand where speech comes from, just to make sure you have a foundation
Evolution of Speech
2. Familiarize yourself with the phenomena of 'figurative speech'
Top 20 Figures of Speech
3. Check out this list someone made to cover a large number of 'monkey' related figures of speech
MONKEY figure of speech examples
4. Since you won't find the EXACT phrase of 'monkey up,' it might help you to see how speech evolves.
Certain phrases and figures of speech evolve based on commonly held understandings and generally understood meanings of those phrases. If I call you DIM, but fail to say 'dim bulb' or 'dimwit', it is understood that I'm calling you stupid.
Here is a paper describing how idioms can evolve. The process can be applied to all figures of speech
Evolution of Idioms
I'm sure after you study, your questions will seem less Derp.
"It appears @RonDeSantisFL was moderating hate group on FB that regularly attacked on race and attacked Parkland survivors," tweeted Fred Guttenburg, whose daughter, Jaime, was killed in the Parkland shooting, and has since become a prominent gun control advocate. "If true this is bad."
DeSantis denied through a spokesman on Thursday that he ever led the group or even knew he had been added to it. He "immediately" left it when notified of the controversy, the spokesman said.
Apparently, friends can just add you to a group, without you saying you'd like to be in the group.

As you say, you won't find that exact phrase. This is not and never has been a common expression, it seems. It's kind of sad that folks go and cite the common expressions and then act like this is just the same. Seemingly nobody else has heard of it, either.
This is an interesting thing...
Did Ron DeSantis moderate a far right Facebook group?
"It appears @RonDeSantisFL was moderating hate group on FB that regularly attacked on race and attacked Parkland survivors," tweeted Fred Guttenburg, whose daughter, Jaime, was killed in the Parkland shooting, and has since become a prominent gun control advocate. "If true this is bad."

That's an interesting claim. I don't use Facebook, so I don't know whether it is correct. Yet, it appears to be true:
Why am I added to groups without my permission?
Apparently, friends can just add you to a group, without you saying you'd like to be in the group.
If that old post is still true, then this is a plausible defense - and another reason to never use Facebook.

its not a common expression. its not even an uncommon one
nobody says monkey this up.
never heard it in my life
just like nobody says throw a monkey wrench in
its throw a wrench. everyone knows this
does not mean he is racist. just stupid for thinking nobody would call him on it in this day when everyone is offended by something.
the funniest part about all these kinds of stories is the twist by people trying to defend. same with the trump stories.
#ing links to evolution of speech and trying to imply that someone saying monkey around in context a is the same as this guy saying monkey it up.
its not and we all know it.
i will say again like i did on the first page in case nobody is reading.
i dont think he is racist for saying it and i think he is and should be allowed to say it.
the reality of our world is people pick up on this kind of # and this is what happens.
there is how it should be and how it really is.
he should be allowed to say it and thats the end
the reality is this is what happens.
