Well something along those lines.
If you look up karma these days it has the entire 2016 election season on video linked to the dictionary.
I doubt there will be a trial of a sitting president though.
A trial after he is out of office may occur.
What this will do is destroy any chance he has for reelection.

What is very telling is the number of people who felt a need to squirrel away dirt on him just in case.
Everyone who had any lengthy relationship with him sure did.

Odd that the authorities don't see it the way conspiracy theorists do. Don't you think?

Sorry, I don't buy into the Clinton crimes thing as being anymore established than Trump's.

And don't bother with the litany. I've heard it. Politics in the end, just like the "harassment" of Trump.

Well, since the FBI is crooked, I understand. But it was them who investigated her and listed her crimes live on TV.
She just didn't intend to be a hag.

This to me is full blown establishment going after a non-establishment. I also say this as I feel the Republicans are throwing Trump to the wolves because it seems no one cares if he gets eaten because he isn't part of their pack either.
It is a bad precedence that is being set.

Thanks for a most courageous post considering you are not a Trump supporter. I can't believe there is anybody that can't see what is happening in this country. It is unprecedented and pretty scary. Most folks cannot get beyond their Trump personality hate to see the bigger picture. The deep state is out in the open for the first time. The corruption is right out there and half the country seems oblivious.

If you are a democrat, I hope you will walk away. Have you heard of the #walkaway movement? I am not suggesting where you go, just suggesting you might not want to support this behavior by our government.

Why not add to the debate or articulate your position if you actually have one instead of criticizing the OP ? Kind of standard tactics.

It's about eliminating Trump. Nothing else matters. We already know that they'd stoop to make things up (dossier) so what's to stop them from doing it again?

USA Today described the group's goal as "uncovering an unguarded moment, a controversial position, a gaffe or flip-flop, anything that can be used to torpedo a political foe's campaign."[5] The organization compiles opposition research dossiers on the Republican candidates they are targeting. The group's opposition dossier on Mitt Romney was 2,500 pages long. American Bridge PAC attempts to tie Republican candidates to the Koch brothers.[6]

Absolutely nothing.

Fact is this investigation is based on lies

No it isn't. The fact is that Trump is a criminal, is undermining the US by destroying the government, and he cares more about foreign oligarchs that the US people, which I would say is treason.

And on top of all that, he is changing our government and society into an oligarchy, which is the most traitorous and anti-American thing a President could do. You guys used to claim that Obama was "radically transforming America" which was untrue and completely overblown, but now Trump is actually transforming America from a democracy to a fascist oigarchy and you guys support it 100%.

Anyone with an ounce of intelligence can easily see what is going on here.

This investigation of Trump is a crime in its self. During the election they started this fake Russia - Trump narrative just in case Trump won. They hope to project their crimes on to Trump as a diversion from the real DNC and Rhino criminals.

Trump put in Sessions which has turned out to be Trumps single mistake. Sessions is compromised somehow. Sessions basically put the real criminals (Clinton operatives) in charge of the DOJ.

Trump essentially has his and Americas enemies in charge of the DOJ.

The illegitimacy of the SC lies within the original decree. No specific crime was listed for reason to appoint a special counsel, however here we are.

I wish Mueller's authority would be brought to the SCOTUS, it's a clear vote when looked at in the eyes of the law.

It's for this reason I'm highly suspicious of what Mueller is up to. Wondering if he's actually investigating more than we know and he's also being used as a misdirection at the same time. Classic Art of War which we know Trump has read and is fond of. Also he met Mueller the day before he was appointed.

A lot has been said about Trump firing people and I'm starting to very seriously believe that he is faking anger at Sessions and Mueller. He would have fired anyone else well before now.

If it's obvious to us that Mueller's appointment violates precedent then I'm sure Sessions and Rosenstein knew that as well.

Let's consider one thing...

When Trump leaves, there will be a HUGE vacuum on the left AND right; shoes that will be nearly impossible to fill.
If socialism is what the 'shadow state' wants (meaning the US has probably already bowed to China behind the scenes) then this vacuum will be filled with something like 'Obammy II: Breadline Boogaloo.' Conversely, if they are truly trying to make our free markets work, and bring America out of the red and back into the black, then we will probably see Mike Pence or some other straight-line conservative take the reigns. There are only so many possibilities here.

"If you and I fall into bad moral habits, we can harm our families, our employers and our friends. The President of the United States can incinerate the planet. Seriously, the very idea that we ought to have at or less than the same moral demands placed on the Chief Executive that we place on our next door neighbor is ludicrous and dangerous."

do you know who said that?? do you know what president they were talking about???
the words come from no other than our current vice president, and the president was none other than clinton..
time.... and the desire for money and power sure does change people, doesn't it??

That is idiotic. Trump's own government appointed the special prosecutor, and if that's not legal it wasn't legal to investigate Clinton with one either.

Perhaps if Trump hadn't come out of the election and his actions since, hadn't made him look so guilty, this would not be happening. He has only himself to blame. And if there is nothing there, there is nothing there. He is not going to get impeached over his sleazy doings with strippers and prostitutes. The only thing they will be able to "hang on him" is actual knowledge of collusion and doing nothing about it, or worse, actual involvement of the Russian interference in a Presidential election.

“Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing, I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press.”

Well.. that was a silly thing to say, wasn't it. And after it became clear they were involved, and Trump was informed of this by multiple intelligence agencies, who said they had high confidence that only the government of Russia could have carried out the attacks, he refused to accept it. He took Putin at his word. Had a behind closed door meeting with Putin.

Either he is really dealing with Russia, or he is a moron - take your pick. So it's no surprise the investigation continues. And making deals with others involved with crimes to get the big fish is you know, sort of how it's done. If innocent, Trump has NOTHING to fear. His following already fully accepts his sleaziness and has no issues with it. He only has to worry about actual misdeeds involving Russia. So I'm not sure why he or his supporters are worried. He'll be found innocent and can give a big round of "Haha told you so!" to all their detractors. So what's the problem?
