The evidence says its a whole bunch statistically. If only .2% of the population is evaluated for voter fraud (a stretch of N Carolina) and 19 are found....that indicates that there could be an additional 10k cases.

Do you think that those busted were part of a statistically valid sample group rather than something like other evidence being involved? If so, you might have something (and it would apply to the Republican voters who were busted too). If not, not.
