Just use a can of cheap salmon, some of them stale crackers and a egg, mix em all up and make patties out of the mixture. fry em up with some of the most leftover oils. (bacon grease & old refined canola oils, my favorite)

Then you will see crackers never age.

So you'd mix up salmon and eggs with latex paint, intent in eating the concoction??

And eating them wasnt even possible (despite having toppings worth roughing it for all ready to go), as they tasted like... paint.

Not quite as bad as oil based paint, at least, nor quite like epoxy paint (which I surmise has no taste as its such a perfectly hard material), but definitely like 3 day dried latex acrylic paint.

You may want to change up your eating habits up. I'm worried when you're able to cross-reference oil based, latex, and epoxy based paints to expired crackers.

What's even more troubling is all Phage said was "Holy Crap", not sure if he was impressed or jealous.

Is that what we call Saloon Pilots?

Great snack. Tuna. Or peanut butter. Sardines.

Deliciousness!

Never tried them with paint.

Interesting thread but I have one thing to ask....How is it that you know what all that paint taste like?

Have you never painted anything? Invariably- and usually with a crummy brush, you will almost always manage to spatter some on your face and mouth. Rough patches, corners, and odd shapes also help along the process. Plus, if the smell is bad enough, it'll work its way past your nose, and tickle your taste buds that way.

I'm not sure if the OP has ever eaten paint but I can say this,
I once had ice tea at a friends house, (she was a horrible cook and couldn't follow a recipe)
that ice tea tasted exactly like dust. I had never eaten dust but if I ever did I imagine that is the exact taste it would have. I wouldn't even know what dust tastes like until having that tea.

Speaking of tea have you ever had gunpowder tea? If not I assure you it has the flavor of an old leather boot. The first time I tasted it I spit it out. I then proceeded to make everyone at the table taste it and they all agreed with me 100% leather boot flavor!

My guess is the OP is a painter and has smelled lots and paint and associates the tasted with those smells. Or I could be wrong and the OP just loves to eat paint and is a freak.
