Pecker was subpoenaed by federal investigators in April, as were his company and the Trump Organization. The Journal said the subpoenas were served at the same time the FBI raided Cohen's office and residences, seizing electronics, recordings and thousands of documents.

Looks like this was Mueller's last ditch effort to find anything he could, so he didn't look like he "lost".

OH six. You are right. I thought about expanding with my own thoughts, insights and emphasis, but then thought that the headline spoke for itself

The question of collusion(?) to suppress information demeaning to a candidate for federal office that has been underplayed by ''where is you proof'' presidential defenders now seems to be coming forward. Cohen was very clear in his statements concerning how he and Trump worked together to silence this womans story and that was poo pooed by Trumps defenders citing ''he said, he said''. Now it seems there may be another witness to that trickery. Pecker.

And I really do not care what Trump has done with his pecker. What I do care about is how it is becoming clearer and clearer just what a liar Trump is and has been. And I think he thought this WAS a good way to silence a person.
