No I didn't. I knew lied to a Grand Jury while he was in office.
And what does "is" mean, anyway?

That was sure one brilliant moment in all that smut. What "is" means is a clever one.

But the NYTimes article is saying it was Lying abut the Jones affair during the Lewinski inquiry by the Grand Jury. So, clearly we are into semantics at this point.

It wont change the fact the the Jones case caused the Perjury to the Grand Jury. The whole thing was he is a big fat liar and maybe DJT might be. Difference is where he chose to tell his and a GJ is NOT the place.

I stand back in disbelief...

Watching all this Drama on the sidelines from my position across the pond I can't help but think... Arguing about the legality of paying off a porn star/playboy model for having relations while in wedlock and not one of you thinks that isn't a problem when it comes to being the POTUS.

He had Sex with Women and Paid for it(and that's just the ones he couldn't keep quiet)... in a nutshell?

And yet Bill Clinton had sex and didn't pay for it and he gets Impeached, is it me or has America gone way downhill when the moral fibre of their supposed irreproachable (unblackmailable) high moral fibre PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES or in this case no moral fibre is concerned?

He was married and committed adultery, this got a president impeached in your recent past and yet here you are arguing about the legality of paying off (NDA) and not the fact he has shown a quite fundamental flaw in his nature and not actual Presidential Material... instead you have a Dirty Old BusinessMan as POTUS.

Please try and educate yourself.
Bill Clinton was not impeached for having sex and committing adultery.
He was impeached for lying about it under oath to a federal judge. In other words it was for perjury. This is well known to all but the ignorant.
Clinton also paid 850000 dollars to a women he had sex with to keep her quiet, but he wasn't impeached for that either.
If Trump goes under oath and lies he WILL be impeached.

Correct Perjury(One Count) and Abuse of Power(Second Count)... Stemming from
"Sexual Harassment" but hey let's not split hairs

The fact any man who pays a lady to keep quiet is in the act of prostitution and my original point still stands, it's hardly the kind of moral fibre required for holding a position of such high office. I know I wouldn't stand for it, especially taking to the podium to preach about morals while only a couple of years prior he's paying people to be quiet about his infidelity.

Ask yourself this... If he would do that to a woman he "loves"(Narcissistic sociopath Love) what would he do to the people he represents

None of those were in regards to hush money and affairs.

They were business and divorce records.

Show me a single instance where he paid hush money to cover up an affair prior to 2016.

"SIGNED IN 2016"

Oh and to add... An NDA costs anything from $175 to as rumoured $75,000. I'd called that paying wouldn't you.

And before 2016..... Stormy Daniels $130,000.00 hush money... Apparently, he does it often even when his business wranglings go bad to hide his failures.

Trump's defence against the latest impeachment fantasy is water tight.

???

You just seem so confused. Maybe it is because you are from the UK?

Impeachment is not a traditional legal proceeding.
Impeachment is a political process, not legal one.

Campaign finance law and the technicalities of a legal defense or prosecution do not matter in an impeachment proceeding.

Right.

The Hush Money Agreements we know about involved things that were years old, but all of them were signed during the campaign for President.

The Door Man alleging Trump impregnated a cleaning woman at Trump Tower and has an illegitimate child?

Just came out today and he was paid off a couple months after President Trump announced he was running.

Playboy Model? 2016, Porn Star? 2016

Not complicated.

Ex-Trump doorman releases contract with National Enquirer publisher that silenced illegitimate child story
thehill.com...

Pecker, a longtime friend of the president’s, reportedly possessed a safe full of damaging stories on Trump that the company had purchased the rights to and “killed” in the months ahead of the 2016 election.

Denson isn’t the only person tied to Trump who’s trying to get out of a nondisclosure agreement. Stormy Daniels, the porn actress who was paid $130,000 to stay quiet about an alleged sexual encounter with Trump in 2006, filed a lawsuit asserting that her “hush agreement” is invalid because Trump never signed it. Former Playboy model Karen McDougal is suing to break her agreement with the National Enquirer’s parent company, American Media Inc., which gave McDougal $150,000 and a potential spot for some of her fitness columns in the tabloid in exchange for her silence about an alleged affair with Trump in 2006 and 2007. (David Pecker, American Media’s CEO, is a close friend of Trump’s.)

Our free speech which you're clearly against. What lead you down the road to censorship?

If you don't like it Russia, China or Iran will be happy to have you.
