Seeing and happening can be two different things.

For example, a star at 27 light years goes supernova. We see it happen now. But actually it happen 27 years ago. This is known fact.

Light and distance can deceive what we actually see.

Another example is mirror. Mirror reflect light. Therefore, mirror is another medium of illusion. Magician use mirrors to create illusions. Technically what you see in the mirror IS/WAS the past. But because of split seconds differences, you couldnt tell the differences.

You see presently...you see what is presenting itself.

Do you know what direct experience is?

Direct experience or immediate experience generally denotes experience gained through immediate sense perception. Many philosophical systems hold that knowledge or skills gained through direct experience cannot be fully put into words.

I would say that 'direct experience' is eating from the tree of life.

All Seeing and All Knowing is the attribute of God.

We are not God.

We have limited perceptions and blind spot. We have complex mind, yet our mind can "see" hallucinations. Things that are not real. Our eyes are just wire to plug our brain with light spectrum. It just how you work out what you look. If you believe a magician can raise a body out of thin air, then that is what you see. But if you do research on how they do it, you would know what you see is only an optical deception. They are not real.

Knowing the backstage behind the magician inform you the seeing on stage is deceptive in nature. You don't have to see the backstage operation to know. You can read from the magician's confession to know the truth.

Just like working with telescope and mathematics inform you what you see every nights is not always true. Not every stars you see now still exists.
