Sometime in 2011 or 2012 Abandoned Pools penned a track called "Sublime Currency" which based on the lyrics shows foreknowledge of the financial bonanza of cryptocurrencies that would follow in the successive years. The album was released on 8-28-2012 to a very limited audience (barely 6.9k views on the track on YouTube). At that time BTC was valued at around $13.00, ETH didn't even exist and all of the other spinoff currencies rallied just as heartily as BTC. Anyone lucky enough to have good taste in music that was an insider could have turned $25,000 dollars of BTC in September 2012 into $28,846,153 assuming they sold at 15k because they would not have known a precise stop point based on the lyrics. Even if they held onto their share of BTC today they could have turned 25k into $12,249,308....if you analyze the lyrics they almost certainly imply time travel.

I put >> in front of the lyrics that most strongly suggest time travel

Abandoned Pools
"Sublime Currency"

I can push the buttons
I can wrestle with the phantoms
Till I see that all the best things happen naturally
There's nothing I can say to you
>>The facts and figures make it true
>>There's nothing else to figure out
>>The universe will fold in half for us

C'mon
>>Sublime currency's enough for us [because it was the highest returning investment possible at the time]
C'mon
It's bigger than the sum of us
There's nothing I can say to you
This sublime currency is true
>>Don't get excited
>>But I can't help myself [ implies they knew how big of a return cryptocurrencies would have ultimately]

I can learn the lessons
I can formulate the questions
I can dig and bring to light the heart of everything
There's nothing I can say to you
This sublime currency is true
There's nothing else to figure out
The universe will fold in half for us

C'mon
Sublime currency's enough for us
C'mon
It's bigger than the sum of us
There's nothing I can say to you
This sublime currency is true
Don't get excited
But I can't help myself

>>Why do you torture yourself for no one?
>>Why do you keep on the fight?
>>It's already won

C'mon
Sublime currency's enough for us
C'mon
It's bigger than the sum of us
There's nothing I can say to you
This sublime currency is true
Don't get excited
But I can't help myself"

its a great song check it out!

The very existence of this song is strong evidence that at the very least the Time Travel of Information to the past is possible if not also physical objects big enough to survive the journey with or without sentience. Many might be familiar with this legend but I thought I would post it here on the Secret Societies thread.

Evidence of time travel or evidence of planning?

You make a debatable point. My intuition suggests that running a pump and dump scheme that exponential would be exceptionally hard to orchestrate on such a massive scale especially because the boom didn’t occur immediately. Plus the lines “the universe will fold in half for us” “the facts and figures make it true” it sounds like a certainty “why do you torture yourself for no one, why keep on the fight it is already won” also suggest foreknowledge.

The sublime currency sounds like a metaphor for something other than physical currency or crypto currency, more like emotional currency

According to dictionary.com sublime means: "impressing the mind with a sense of grandeur or power; inspiring awe, veneration, etc."....why would anyone get excited over emotional currency and talk about the universe folding in half in their favor if it was just an emotional metaphor...plus the huge returns on cryptocurrency would certainly "impress the mind with a sense of grandeur or power" especially if you were among the only people privy to the secret of huge financial gains. Cryptocurrencies skyrocketing 1400x in value would certainly inspire awe or veneration because it would make you rich. So based on the dictionary.com definition I would think that Sublime Currency was the closest title Abandoned Pools could choose without calling the track Crypto Currency which would have been too obvious of a hint.

I thought cryptocurrencies were ridiculous rather than sublime.

Down, down it tumbles.

I wonder if it can go negative in value?

BTC is probably not out of contention just yet. The purpose of this post was to illustrate that time travel exists and is manifest in song lyrics. Either way you look at it getting BTC for $13 in 2012 was an extremely sublime financial investment considering its exponential growth.

So if this is so apparently clear to you did you make your millions based off this song? This is so ridiculous . I don't see where you even see anything referencing a bitcoin rally? The way I read it "sublime currency " is love. If you replace sublime currency with the word love it is just a love song.

... so is buying into any other pyramid scheme, if you get in early enough!

If cryptocurrencies represented a true currency value, no-one could make a fortune out of it. It would be a currency with a fairly steady and repeatable real-world value and would track real-world currency values closely, having real world value that would not inflate with speculation.

But the bubble has burst, anyway.

It's just the "Tulip Bulbs" of the moment, made to sound all Sci-Fi.

PS, Pretty Pop, though. A bit like i'd imagine Human League would have been like if they had Davey Jones (from the Monkees) as front man.

Abandoned Pools released several other tracks that lend credence to my theory of foreknowledge
such as "I See the Math", "Hype is the Enemy" and "Armed to the Teeth", "Red Flag"

I See The Math (2013)
>>I feel the weight of all the hours
>>The clock runs in reverse for us
The hum of silence deafening
All colors turn to grey for us

>>I see the math the formulas the lines the graphs
>>What's yours is mine and mine is yours
>>We're smashing atoms in to dust
>>What's yours is mine and mine is yours
All is yours

I feel the weight of all the world
A concrete covered sea over us
In quiet desperation I will snap myself in half for us

Red Flag (2013)
">>You corporate thugs don't know how to love
>>I only hope you get what you're after
I am casting out just like a dove
I am casting outward
Im glazing over waiting for the hereafter

Stand back, stand back I am dangerous
as if you'd face me here
you need the rope that your hanging from in a golden age of fear

Red flag and I am coming for you
Red flag and I am taking you down

Hear me, hear me I know things
You don't, you don't wanna hear"

Armed to the Teeth
"Armed to the teeth, I'm ready
go out and spend your money
>>>>Giants Of Industry Come On Come On and Try to Beat Me
Armed to the Teeth, I'm ready"

Hype is the Enemy

Andrew D. Basiago is an investment advisor at USI
He is also the time traveling boy at Gettysburg in photo from 1863.
Was featured in Art Bell Interview back in 2015.
"Currency" from 1863 Some Strauss from 1896 this could take some explaining....

So what about the numerous musicians that actually did predict the rise of cryptocurrencies? Some of them are still giving talks at crypto conferences, as well as "living lavish", because they have a bunch of bitcoin money. They actually said it too, didn't use lyrics that could be taken in many ways. Are they time travelers? Or psychics?
