But evidence does. All the prosecution had is accusations. If they actually had evidence of what they claimed then they would be going for something more than child abuse.

I'm well aware that it's accusations, and that nothing has been proven. The prosecution didn't make their case...that's that.

It's still, or could become, a capital case. I think considering them a flight risk would have been the right decision.

When all is said and done, however, it's the judges call. I hope it's the right one.

No, I'm thinking they're a flight risk.

The judge sided with the defense on that issue. I'd dearly love to see the transcript, who knows, I might even agree with the judge.

But, as an outsider who only knows what's suspected? I'd have held without bond. Guilt plays no part in that decision.

You only know the panic side of what was reported.

They had one long rifle and a couple pistols.

Can you even say what the charges are?

Seems the msm believes we do not need to know.

But why should they be considered a flight risk without evidence? So far all the prosecution has been able back up with a reasonable amount of evidence is that these people were bad parents/guardians. That usually doesn't come with bail denial.

Lucky for them they happen to be brown adherents to the religion of peace instead of white, Christian, nationalists.

I seem to remember some armed good-ole-boys taking over federal land. After that they tried to run over federal agents. They still managed to get off scot free.

Not after having one of their members executed by police and then sitting in jail for almost a year on the grounds of being "a flight risk and a danger to the community."

I cant believe this isnt all over the news.

Since when do we allow murder suspects and terrorist running a training camp, and ABUSING CHILDREN, to bond out? When?

An ankle monitor? Whoopidy do, you know how fast that thing can come off and they disappear?

Or decide, NOWS the time to carry out an attack since they are going to be locked up anyway?

This is madness

Running a training camp to carry out school shootings, and the possibility of negligence and death of another child, if not worse, usually does come with bail denial .

Under what circumstances were they arrested? Can you honestly tell me that anyone accused of this sort of infamy isn't a flight risk?

Not saying they will run...but there is a risk, and you are smart enough to know that.

Im trying to remember the last time a dead child was found on someones property and they were allowed bond.

They have already tore down the compound.

Already? They not going to use it for evidence? have they gone through it all that fast? This seems pretty damn reckless.

Or is this story just going to fade away never to be heard from again and these people walk.

Seems like the media, that judge, and whatever the hell else is going on, is trying to "disappear" this story

Also another update, that are STILL in jail at the moment, apparently they havent met the terms of release yet, no ones posted the bail yet

And no one in the county will step up to fit the monitors, apparently no one wants these people released, and I say good on them, that should speak volumes to the judge in her reckless decision.

You want socialism because you want free stuff someone else has to pay for.

As of right now, no one. Bail has only been set. Not paid.

What about the accusations of training children for school shootings? Muslim extremism?

What about them? If the prosecution couldn't back those accusations up with evidence then the judge should not take them in to consideration.

The fact that they found the remains of a child buried near the property?

Once again, it comes down to the prosecution to prove that the child died from something other than natural causes. I don't even think the coroner has provided a cause of death at this point. So while the child's death is tragic it has no bearing on the trial at this point.

That first quote did not come from me, please don't put words in my mouth.

How you can really say that the dead child has no bearing at this point? They should have stayed locked up until at least the cause of death was determined.
Ridiculous.
