She wasn't even supposed to be in the situation room she has no clearance. If Kelly dragged her in there to fire her without the presidents approval and she recorded the conversation then there it is.
As for her being legally at risk so far there's no consensus for it. Legal experts seem to think not. I don't care what happens to her though. She should never have been there in the first place.

That's a bunch of marlarky. Everyone carries a cellphone these days.
No regulations say you can't bring them into the whitehouse.
I've looked.
There is no law about it.
If you find one please link it .

Wouldn't be its set by white house protocols. This is set by the secret service and general Kelly. And they reported she violated white house protocols. By violating white house protocols her permissions can be rescinded. And that creates a security violation as i said earlier i doubt they will jail her. In fact I'd recommend they don't. But again that's up to general Kelly so he is probably a stickler when it comes to security violations.

What they need to do is just what they have done show she lied in her book. People see what kind of person she is. She had a reputation on the show and now this.

what's really disturbing is the white house tried to force her to sign a nondisclosure agreement and then tried to buy her silence with a made up $15,000/month job.

Oh dude that is so not true.
The law in DC is only one person needs to know. No permission is required at all.
Virginia law is the same.
I know it sounds like it should be wrong but that's the law.

She made a freakin' secret recording inside the WH Situation Room.
She violated Security protocols...along with legally-binding NDA's.

Anyone that thinks this is legal...should try it.

I'll send you a nice cake in prison.

That's standard for companies that hire people. It would say you wouldn't do anything to harm the brand etc.

What i find more interesting is this isn't the firat time she made this dame exact accusation. On celebrity apprentice she claimed she was called the n word by erika a contestant and by the producer Mark Burnett.

people.com...

Funny she made the same claim when fired off celebrity apprentice. Seems like when she is fired it becomes a race issue.

I think it's standard practice to sign an NDA when leaving. I did it for my last civilian job.

As far as Trump hiring her after knowing what she's like.... I've made bad hiring decisions too. I let my empathy get in the way.

Who knows? I'm sure Trump would agree with you that his hiring her was a bad decision.

Stop the damn stupidity.

People without clearances can be escorted into areas that require clearances by someone with a clearance.

Kelly had the clearance and would have served as her escort. Period, end of story.

IF that's true, no, I'm not ok with that.

I am far from convinced that what she claims is true, however.

I won't believe much at all of what people in politics, from the president down, say or claim. Once there is a lie or two, the rest of claims and statements become questionable.

This group is some of the most corrupt people in society. Don't expect fair play.

I don't think she should ever have been there in the first place.
She was his token and that's all.
What qualified her for a whitehouse position and WTF did she do there?

Her title was "Assistant to the Director of Communications for the Office of Public Liaison" with a focus on "public engagement". I guess we can call everyone not white there a token, sounds so talking point, but there is nothing suggesting she wasn't capable of doing the job. It seems though she took it too far from what it was as an assistant and that got her into hot water.

The government can not court-martial non-military personnel. Why would you think that she could be court-martialed, out of curiosity...
