With over 10 seasons

You find the specific episode where it played during the scene.

Because it did.

Season 14 starts this fall.
Usually, Carry On was recap music before a new episode. Music in the series is very important to the protagonists. They use aliases based off of Classic Rock/Metal when they go undercover.
I'm rewatching the entire series now and would be hard pressed to find individual songs being played by the main characters during iconic events.

Now, I don't know if it was a song put on by someone or background, but definitely iconic and worth a look.

Ghost-Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore making out by the potters wheel, forget the song, too.

You lot are really lucky I don't know how to put videos on here because the only scene you need to see is in Monty Pythons Holy Grail where a barons son keeps trying to break into song but his dad keeps appearing saying things like "less of that" and "you can pack that in".

Well, not a movie per se, but there's that scene in the "Battlestar Galactica" reboot where Hendrix's "All Along the Watchtower" begins to play.

I began to sing along and my wife, who was not familiar with the song, began to freak out.

Finding Woodstock.
The "van" scene.
Not sure of the band, and I probably shouldn't play the scene here.

I missed that part...lol

Well, to be fair the op does not explain it properly but i just assumed that was what they meant since im quite familiar with the 2 scenes mentioned, where a character literally puts on a record, etc.

Lol
Did I not explain properly?

OK, I'll try again.
Must be an iconic scene in a well known movie, not television.
Must be a character playing the song within the plot of the movie, not background music.

Another pulp fiction scene:
Bring out the gimp.
The gimps asleep
Well we will have to wake him up then.

Then the homo erotic rape scene begins as the trumpets flare up.

I know what you are trying to say but you have a detail wrong: it is "Mia" Wallace. Also, little known fact that the song was written and performed by Neil Diamond!

But it is a perfect examples!

Here is one. Q Lazzarus, "Goodbye Horses" in The Silence of the Lambs, where Buffalo Bill, trying to be something different like a cute little moth, goes full tuck and dances around naked?

See the DEADPOOL films for it done excessively.

Also I think they did that that Steve Martin film where he has a huge nose (the window scene).

And that Camerin Diaz film with Ben Stiller as a gym owner, when he jumps on the moped.

And I think "The Other Guys" might have.

AIRPLANE! (the disco dance scenes [might count]).

And that 80's John Cusack film with the "I want my $2!", they might have at the race intersections, or maybe not (been too long).

Deathproof (the jukebox; scenes with the opener chicks in the car). [look for other movies with jukeboxes]

Seems to be a comedy film schtick now that I look at it.

Pixels might have too.

House of 1000 Corpses.

Dont Drink Yo Juice In The Hood (or whatevers its called) probably has a funny boombox scene.

Possibly "Cockneys versus Zombies".

TRON Legacy (Daft Punk as the DJ's).

8 Mile (the DJ's might count).
