Like the title says, can I get some suggestions of some scenes, like in Apocalypse Now where they stick on Ride of the Valkeries when attacking the village in the choppers, or Shawshank Redemption when Andy locks himself in the office and plays that record over the tanoy.

It's for a project I'm working on.

Risky Business: that Bob Seger "old time rock and roll song", Tom Cruise sliding in his socks, underwear, and dress shirt. Was redone and parodied too many times to count.

This is considered by many top film critics to be the most disturbing scene involving Batmans "The Joker" character.

Indeed, many cannot stomach these scenes of gratuitous destruction of artwork, with very little reasoning for doing so! It wasnt even necessary to the plot but, I am guessing the director just wanted to give us a peek into just how insane and excessively violent The Joker really was, you know, deep inside his psyche.

Great suggestions so far, I can really work with these. Thanks all!
Can't believe I didn't think of the Reservoir Dogs or Pulp Fiction ones.
And the Batman one, perfect!

Keep em coming. The more well known and iconic the better. I can't use anything too obscure.

Sandlot, green onions...

The rival team rolling in on their bikes...classic

I also like when movies and TV put music in for that subtle kick in the crotch. The ones you gotta pay attention to.

My daughter was watching a Netflix show called everything sucks. It's about a girl figuring out shes gay...
A spin the bottle scene end up with her kissing a boy and the weezer song "pink triangle" plays in the background...

"I'm dumb, she's a lesbian"
I laughed my butt off when I heard that...
Perfect song for the scene..

its supposed to be a scene where a character plays music, within the plot of the movie. Not just music playing in the background.

threads ruined, delete it and start over. and delete all of neos posts and threads as a punishment.

eta - still a good song though... i swear when i was kid i heard my stepdad talking about having to pay for someone's speakers, a family friends, back in the mid to late 80s, because he got emotional after recovering from a surgery and destroyed the speakers, and I Think it was this song that "made him do it"....

With over 10 seasons

You find the specific episode where it played during the scene.

Because it did.

Well, to be fair the op does not explain it properly but i just assumed that was what they meant since im quite familiar with the 2 scenes mentioned, where a character literally puts on a record, etc.
