I personally think this is a good thing. My reason is simple.

If you are compelled to protest you should do it proudly with your head held high.

Not like a coward with your face hidden.

A peaceful protest is one thing. Antifa is nothing more than a violent mob.

The Berkeley Police Department announced Sunday on Twitter that they arrested 20 people at a “No to Marxism in Berkeley” rally, publishing the names, cities of residence, and photos of Antifa counterprotesters in separate tweets.

It seem like a lot of these aitifa protesters are nothing more than Soros paid shills. Whose only purpose is to wreak havoc.

“People are coming from out of town and bringing weapons and are committed to violence … We don’t want people to be able to do that with anonymity,” Berkeley Police Department spokesperson Byron White said in a statement.

It is only fair game to post their names and addresses maybe then they will see the error of their ways.

If they get hurt then that's all the better. Karma is a bitch.

it's fascinating to see people living in their bubble. and its sad. because you are the real sheep and you dont even know it. you are helping the far-right to grow. did your grandfather fight against nazis or against antifacists? tell me. do you realize that all this neonazis around the world are celebrating folks like you? they celebrate trump, they celebrate putin, they celebrate breitbart and all this crap. they celebrate them, because they spread chaos and fear. we do have antifa in germany, yes, and sometimes cars burning and windows get smashed. i know some activists. they sometimes act stupid, but they never killed anyone in opposite to neonazis and racists. so, why you people dont stand up against the far-right-movement? i dont get it.

So if these people think they're on the right side of history, why do they need to hide their faces?

Also, how do you know you're aren't living in a liberal bubble as well?

funny most ww2 vets i know, those who fought against the tyranny of fascism from the Nazis and the likes of Mussolini, would be strongly opposing ANTIFA and the fascism they are a part of. working to stop this new branch of fascism from the left from completely taking over as Hitler and the Nazis did in Germany. these ANTIFA terrorists are mirror images of their stormtrooper/brownshirt cousins from history.

The far-left tend to live by the rule that if you aren't with them, then you're against them. I think that the far-left are a lot more dangerous in the world, then the far-right. For instance, Trump or Putin aren't far right, they are only rather conservative, and already the far-left are trying to label them as far-right nazis or fascists. I think that this kind of self-righteous extremist thinking is the bigger danger to society.

If you protest with a mask, then you are expressing yourself without holding responsibility for it. This attracts stupid people who only want in, so they can express their inner vandals without needing to be responsible for it. If you want to change anything in society, then at first you should be able to hold responsibility for your actions. Otherwise you should stay far away from changing anything in society according to your standards.

its ok if protesters get doxxed

and all the better if they get hurt

what is funny to me is the people on the right make all these threads and complain about all the violence from the left when their threads and post are filled with # like
put them down
hot lead time
if they get hurt thats better

and on and on

so violence is not good unless it is against something or someone you do not support?
then its ok?
not you xcaliber

So what you are saying is that these antifa scum cause violence but the right talks about it and yet that's worse?.

Your logic is really out there.

that is not what i am saying

if it is what i was saying i would have said that

i said it is interesting to me.
does interesting mean worse?

you people are #ing imposible

in another thread i said i want a president who is not a dick and says what he means and one of the next replies was
"so you want a golden child president"

i said it is interesting and it is

for #s and gigs though

a person calling for another to be shot because they broke a window is worse in my opinion. yes

go ahead and run with that and spin it and twist it into some # i did not say

Weekly riots in Oregon haven't helped anything. Now even Berkley is getting sick of this crap. Maybe unmasking them is the best way to stop it. We don't need gang rumbles in our cities no matter who the participants are. It's worse than gangs of juvenile delinquents when local politicians actually support this type of thing. Some of these thugs have been shown to be high school or college teachers. They deserve to lose their jobs. The police should round up the entire crowd and just keep them in baseball stadium until they are all processed.

As an American I say right, left makes no difference. We don't need this violence in our streets.

Nothing wrong with hot lead it cures a lot of the country's problems. Just look at Chitcongo 17 in the last week. nearly 100 will be getting disability. Good for the community.

The difference is Antifa is acting out their violence while your supposedly right wing people you are quoting are just talking. Maybe there is and maybe there is not, a video of these mean old right wingers hitting people over the head with a pad lock on a rope or a megaphone when the target's back is turned.. If there is I have not seen it.. But I darn sure have seen some Antifa clown get clocked by a person after much verbal abuse and a shove against a person just standing his ground.. It warms my heart !!

Antifa is doing exactly what they claim to be against which is normal for any left wing organization ...

Always cloud your intentions by misdirection and a nice sounding name..

They want to protest, fine.. They want to publish their ideas and try to get wide acceptance, fine.. Get is someone's face and threaten bodily harm...well.. do not be surprised if someone takes offense at your germ laden stinky breath and closes your mouth for you..

It may be news for you, but being german doesn't give you more insight on who are neonazis. As an ideology, nazism doesn't know borders like ideologies usually don't. I come from a post-soviet country, will it give me more insight on the far-left? No, reading and educating myself does that.

Luckily we don't have any killings from the far-left, yet. Yet, because violent extremism is the final outcome of extremist thinking. Especially when fueled with anonymity and the lack of needed responsibility, that comes with it.

If one wants to learn about the dangers of far-left, then I recommend you to read up on what Bolsheviks did in Russia.
These extremist groups are a ticking time-bomb waiting to explode when stupidity and self-righteousness reaches critical mass, while the sense of responsibility fades enough.

Trying to label every conservative as a nazi or using demagogy like trying to point out as that being german will give you more insight on an ideology, just shows your substance. And I don't think you are evil. You just probably don't know what you're talking about. You probably have unfinished issues with teenage rebellion and you try to hide it with social activism. This is the probable outcome of every political extremist, both left and right. Extremism starts when the ability to think stops.

It is easy for MSN or a government to label someone a left wing, right wing, radical or any other label they want to push. They were trying to label some of the shooting events here in the states as right wingers yet when the facts came out after the fake news headlines the shooters were found to be left wing registered democrats..

I do not care about labels as much as I do about actions.. Labels are easily pushed or attached by MSN/government with an agenda.
