A.O. Cortez traveled the country and was sought after more than Obama and Hillary and Biden combined. I bet Tommy Perez (DNC Chair) still believes she's the FUTURE of the Dims. Maybe the distant future, after she's learned common sense. In the meantime, Cortez needs to focus on her Brooklyn constituents.

The ONLY goal is to increase the number of Repubs in the Senate and maintain/gain in the House.

I'd like to thank the Michigan Democrats who kicked the socialist "Muslim Obama" Abdul El-Sayed to the curb and selected Gretchen Whitmer as the nominee for Governor of the great state of Michigan....

Some Dems GET IT....

This is actually very good news for the Conservatives. If the Democrat Socialist Party couldn't win with 87% turnout, more than double the GOP, they are in trouble because November is going to bring a much larger turnout for the GOP whereas the Socialists have a smaller room to grow.

Not to mention nearly 15% of the Dems who voted for the Democrat in 2016 actually voted for the Republican this time. That's a huge amount of #walkaways

Where are you guys getting the idea that the Democratic party likes her or wants her to do anything? She is their worst nightmare. A photogenic candidate that doesn't take corporate money or toe the party line, and she supported candidates that were just as unpopular as her in the Democratic party machinery of chicanery.

The only ones putting her on a pedestal are right wing ideologues looking for a Nancy Pelosi replacement for their latest meme war.

CNN says that Ohio's 12th could still go to the Democrat. They've been predicting it for days. No way the Dim could lose, lol.

She is so popular, she was recruited by Democrats to campaign for many across the country, and she hasn't even won the general election yet.

My prediction is she won't win the general election. I think she just gave a New York seat to the Republicans.

If anyone thought the 2016 election responses were funny, you will likely find the 2018 results hilarious!

Actually, it could. The results are not final.

There are still quite a few absentee and provisional ballots outstanding; the 100% returns are only for the polls. It will be a few days before those other ballots can be counted, because their deadline hasn't passed yet. Then, if the spread is less than 0.5% there's an automatic recount.

Gonna be a little while before we get official results. That tells me the rumored blue wave was more like a blue ripple.

Cortez was the result of an energized socialist campaign, and the #2 DEm in the House thinking he was safe...

She will win that seat no doubt... in NOV.. they have no choice...

reminds me of #2 Cantor in VA who was defeated by Brat.... who won the seat..

That was TEA Party ousting GOPe...

Was a great day when we sent Cantor packing... Hopefully Virginia can send Kaine packing in NOV...

If Pappas would get active and campaign, he might have a chance this time.

But if you guys can get rid of Tim Kaine, that might make up for Cortez showing up on the TV screen as a member of Congress. She's an airhead, but easier on the eyes than Kaine. Not to mention the comedic value of hearing her speak, lol.

I hope both Ohio candidates learn something from this, so the REAL (vs the Special) election in 3 months won't be so razor close. Just saw the Republican guy making a speech..sweating like a pig.

I respect the young lady for having the balls to actually try to do what she thinks is right. I think she will just be another yes person to the new leadership of the democratic party.

She's what her district deserves... it's the DEM party that will have to deal with her...

Everytime she speaks... America cringes... maybe after 2 years, her district will decide that elections are important..
