No, "paraphrasing" is quite different to making up things that people have not said - look it up in a dictionary.

so show readers the woman's nose in the cropped image if its the same image.

Double exposures do happen, but if you look at the appearance of the doglike creature, I don't think there is a dog that looks like that on planet earth.

I agree and this is why it's so compelling. NO EARS!! The bulbous nose seems anatomically incorrect on a dog, and misaligned with the snout.

Someone in the linked thread pointed out that dogs don't have small pupils like that. And that even the teeth may be shaped wrong for a dog.
