Let me correct the title for you:

A member of the Democratic Party Claim The Surviving of Our Democracy Relies on Banning More Sites.

Yeah you just hit the whole nail on the head with most things these days.

One guy or one person does something and we instantly lump his whole demographic with them. Really weird in my opinion.

There are a whole lot of weirdos in the Dem party, that's the problem.

And I agree, but it's the same thing as lumping a fat, Beer drinking redneck from Louisiana as a typical republican, when we both know that's and untrue stereotype.

There's a bit more to it actually!

www.zerohedge.com...

Mandatory location verification. The paper suggests forcing social media platforms to authenticate and disclose the geographic origin of all user accounts or posts. Mandatory identity verification: The paper suggests forcing social media and tech platforms to authenticate user identities and only allow "authentic" accounts ("inauthentic accounts not only pose threats to our democratic process...but undermine the integrity of digital markets"), with "failure to appropriately address inauthentic account activity" punishable as "a violation of both SEC disclosure rules and/or Section 5 of the [Federal Trade Commission] Act."

Interesting stuff!

Crazy stuff.

Considering people on the right have been attacked with fists and bike locks to the head without provocation. Considering mobs form, and heavy security is needed by any one on the right who gets publicity. One comment you make gets trending, and next thing you know you'd have a mob at your house, or someone could physically assault you merely for your political position.

PS

As for alex stuff. The social media sites which control 90+% of the internet showed collusion with practically all big sites banning alex. We have laws to protect against monopolies and oligopolies, if they don't extend to this they should be made to, and attempts at controlling consumer choice and harming society should be blocked.

The problem with some here is that if their state sold all public lands and roads, they'd be all giddy defending their rick to block individuals from speaking or traversing what were previously public spaces. The public squares on the internet just so happen to be owned by private hands, which is disgusting. They only keep that power by lies of omission. Should they openly disclose shadow banning, fake trendings, trending suppression, speech suppression they'd lose a good chunk of consumers.

IF they're going to play partisan tricks they should be forced to disclose that they will be partisan and discriminate against conservatives. They cannot claim to be open platforms, or real social media sites, if they're biased and altering public communication, creating a fake social media site.

As to the monopoly topic, you're quite correct and we've seen the EU is particularly vexed by Google and Microsoft.

The truly huge problem of speech suppression, (idea suppression) and worse, lying by omission is one most people really can't wrap their minds around. Many will say, "well Alex Jones still has his website and his radio show", but what they don't get is that people like Jones and even just normal political commentators, have a very difficult time getting their ideas "out there" without social media and the Ad revenue that it provides. In this day and time you kill ideas by two methods, defunding them and ridicule.

But there's an even worse effect of all this and that is the manufacturing of truth and to some degree, even reality. Everyone with a brain knows that most all of the TV and print media in the US leans to pro-Democrat. If silicon valley gets on board with all these suppression techniques, countervailing viewpoints will simply never see the light of day. Even worse, politicians and those running for office who might well have engaged in criminal behaviors, if favored by the MSM and Silicon valley, will never be properly investigated and/or brought to justice!

And the social platforms, as you'll see in this video, are developing monitoring algorithms that analyze everyone's comments, such that they can predict what a commenter is going to say before its published on say, Facebook.

But there's a much bigger thing going on here. The video below describes it better than I can, but Melissa Dykes, in the video reminds everyone that what's happened is that "they" (the technocratic elites) have grafted the internet "Matrix" onto the natural world in which we live. She explains that by pointing out that in today's world, you can't do much of anything of significance anymore without the Internet and the tools it provides. Try getting a job without one. According to my daughter, you can't get a job without a Facebook account. These major corporations have signed on with the EU and its regulatory schemes in the operation of their "digital overlay" of all our lives. These companies have signed on to the UN bottom line. Its the creation of the Globalist technocracy and it entirely ignores and national borders, sovereignty and niceties like the US Bill of Rights, where none of this applies. And this digital overlay will go on steroids with a global digital currency, i.e., Bitcoin or the like.

Melissa describes this as "the New World Order is a digital boundary-less, Global society where everything is going to be run through the internet, online, currency and all your information will in one place and you will be tracked and traced everywhere you go." She goes on to claim the UN has a plan that by 2030 everyone will have digital chipped ID card. And she quotes from a book by Eric Schmidt the CEO of Google "Our Digital Future" wherein he claims that governments will require everyone to be "authenticated" every where you go online, everything you do! And she reaffirms that everyone will be forced onto the internet to actually conduct any significant business making it impossible for people to go off the grid.

I strongly recommend you, everyone watch this:

The media seems to feed into the negative on both sides and splashes it all over to increase their sorry ratings. Crazy Democrats like Whoopi Goldberg, Peter Fonda, Sarah Silverman, etc. are trotted out to spew hatred beyond reasonable opinions. I'm sure you can understand the Republicans are sick and tired of the 24/7 assault on them by the media and these low brow celebrities that use their appearances to attack us and Trump.

I agree. I just think it's important to remember that both sides do it. Look at the low brow celebrities like Hannity, OReilly and Limbaugh that the right uses to attack with.

I don't see the level of hate coming from Hannity, Limbaugh and the like. You KNOW that the Dems are spewing a vitriol hate that rivals past Presidents. If Obama was attacked anywhere near this the nation would have exploded into an all out civil war. Democrats are turning so many people off by their hate, that they will experience the same results Hillary did when she called half the nation Deplorables. I guess Democrats like helping Trump win the next election. Gives them something to complain about then.

Funny, cause as a senator, and if no other representatives of the Democrat party denounce or contradict his statement, then by silence that is therefore consent.

IF THE LEFTS REPS ARE SAYING IT THAT MAKES IT THEIR AGENDA

Don't look at us, you all voted them in.
If you fail to file complaint against the Senators comments as a Democrat

Then you are showing willing compliance.

So yeah, you can if you identify as a Democrat, be looped in

Kinda like how you loop all Trump supporters into one big deplorable fruit basket of Nazi Cultists.

So if you think this doesn't apply to you, denounce it and show a little outrage at your representatives.

Any other comments in your defense like the one quoted above is not a defense or a denial.

The left has been on the warpath since 2016.
Seeking vengeance through lies and sabotage

But you all forgot that when seeking vengeance, you need to dig two graves.

Amatuers.

Who else in history liked destroying, censoring and burning ideas contrary to their own?

I will give you a hint.

Get ready for a Communist China model of freedom if the bully tech companies get their way. Figures that the tech companies that helped China censor their own people's internet would use that against us to achieve their goals. Welcome to 1984 everyone. Get those sledgehammers ready!

What's that saying? Something about when the republic dies it will be met with thunderous applause?

We're looking at 1984 or civil war. I don't know which will happen, but one of them is coming.

Try as they may it will only back fire once again on the hyperventilating snot nosed driveling left. The irony is their control tactics will only drive MORE people to InfoWars website. This isn't going to dent AJ in the slightest but I sure hope it awakens some on the left of the dangers of stifling freedom of speech and outright censorship.

Krauts? I'll give you a hint, Murican: guilt by association.

You can whine about T&C violations with sites vanishing from Fckbook, Twatter or Gööble all day long. But that doesn't change that fact, that you could still fetch your daily fix of Brainforce BS on infowars.com.

Which means, that most of you outragers don't even know what censorship means. BTW, how is your "Potect & Serve" act working out so far?

Again why does he have to sell brainforce with such a large audience? And why does he have to advertise himself in his programs? Because attempts at demonetizing have taken place. He can't run infowars on charity you know.

As I said earlier:

Now take it that stripe, paypal, and other payment processors have been seen banning other conservatives. What do you think happens if no one can buy through his website because the payment processors decide to ban him?

Hosting has also been denied to some offensive websites, denied by multiple companies. What do you think happens if he's denied hosting?

Again they started demonizing Alex, then they started altering search results and trending, then they started putting strikes, then they banned him outright from most social media. It is a step by step process, do not expect them to silence him in one stroke. We must put a stop to this.

And again this is also an example, if they prove they can get the big fish, and get away with it, they may very well go after smaller fish. Not everyone has brainforce to sell. Without monetization and barred from search and social media, most people with wrongthink will lose any means of having a significant online presence.

"Our Democracy"
I keep seeing this phrase popping up from the left, right and independents.
Some people need to be reminded that the United States is NOT and Never has been a Democracy.
This country is a Constitutional Republic.

Here is a short primer for the edification of those who would disagree with my statement.

The Streisand Effect is lost on you as well, I guess?

You don't seem to get much, really. Go and kill your Fckbook, Twatter and Spittify accounts and switch to duckduckgo from Gööble then? Why not? You wanna stay there in order to support the Big Corp fcks and their "censorship" or what?

We must put a stop to this.

No. We must follow up with our consequences for their actions. Stop blaming others and get your act together, snowflakes! Your gears are broken and all over the place.

Ponder this:
The reason this idiot Murphy can call the US is a democracy -
Is because we're a Constitutional Republic with protections for freedom of speech.

The timing on these take downs is all because of the upcoming elections.
The Blue Wave is full of poisoned water apparently.

Ah, the paper-tiger strikes again!
And where is the difference between a constitutional republic like... say... the Federal Republic of Germany, and a representative democracy like ... say... the USA? And why do the people on both sides of the pond tend to see the underlying fact, that "Western Democracy" descended to the same old Brave New Oligarchy with lobbyism at it's finest?

But... but... but... Hillary!
