Let's see..

I cooked too much food and gave half of it away to a neighbor. Gave a real hug to a random lady who was still drunk from last night and stumbling around on the street, called her cab as well. Shook hands with a very nice native man after a friendly conversation. He was very sweet and knowledgeable. Received a hug (several actually) from a random child who came into my work. Helped someone pack, helped someone else unpack lol. And I picked up some mail for a friend from the post office.

I know it's not much, but it's only Tuesday.

Nice to see so many good things happening out there. Thanks for the thread!

I live in a small town in Midwestern US. Everybody here drives below the speed limit because nobody needs to be anywhere in a hurry. Parking tickets are unheard of. You can walk into pretty much any shop in town and find baskets of free fresh produce that was surplus from neighbors' gardens. The other day it was raining here harder than normal, and the morning light hit the skyborne mist in such a way that lit it up like a sky beneath the sky. Life is good.
