Sadly, you are mistaken.

We have three equal branches of the Executive government.

We have laws governing each branch. There are specific rules how they interact with each other.

We agree that this judge has politicized this decision but it has handicapped the president's ability to respond and reach his decision to rescind Obama's excutive order.

We do not like it but it is what it is.

Politics being what they may, I am sure Trump and his people arre working on a solution- he is quite wiley.

This judge incorrectly views the Obama EO establishing DACA as a law when it is not. Trump does not need a reason to rescind it and the judge in question massively overstepped his authority.

Here is what the U.S. Attorney General (part-time) said today about the Judge's DACA ruling...

Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Monday unloaded on a federal judge who ordered the administration to reinstate the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy last week, saying the ruling was "improper" and vowing to keep up enforcement efforts against illegal immigration "aggressively."

Sessions added that the judge had effectively "eviscerated" the legal authority of the executive branch and Congress, and strongly suggested the administration would appeal the ruling.
