What do you see? The wording seems fine to me. The fires are made bigger and worse because of bad environmental policies that prevent usage of water or tree clearing. Evidently CA isn't making good use of readily available water resources.

"Tree clear" is a common expression among people familiar with timber removal and simply means clearing the land of trees. Sometimes this is a good thing for the land, especially if the trees are decaying and dying.

The extra space may just be an extra space between 'fire' and 'spreading'. Nothing out of the ordinary, but maybe...hint, hint...look at CA environmental policies and best use policies.

Yes, Q brought the fires to our attention.

The "bad" environmental policies, he is stating they are inhibiting the effort to stop the fires.

He is calling attention to the whole situation as best he can.

There may well be more coding to it that I can't understand, the sentiment behind it seems pretty clear.

When we have Trump and Q pointing a laser there ...it's likely there is more to the story, we have kind of learned
