A goog image search on her shows some rather remarkable variation in her "look". And yes, while much can be attributed to surgery, her "affiliations" and addiction to ritual are more important here. We are seeing that, the attention to and destruction of trafficking routes, networks, ritual systems is showing us the failure of the ancient system of humans as currency. While it looks horrific, we only see it because it is failing spectacularly.
