Spruce, below are .png pics of the Morse code from the first 101 pages. I'd better not flood the thread with the rest until we have worked out if it is Morse or not.

You need to zoom in a bit because many dashes have light impression dots at start or end. I would recommend improving brightness and contrast to read better.
