I would argue this may be the worst thing to ever happen to cinema.

At the same time I'm so excited that we may get a good Fantastic Four movie.

I'm excited to see what Marvel has in store for Phase 4.

Starting with Ragnarok they've been mixing things up.

A Fantastic Four movie directed by Alex Garland in the style of Annihilation would be the best thing ever.

I agree.
I didn't expect to like Capt Marvel as much as I did.

Ragnarock was very nice, but then I really like the hulk.
The fantastic four have not been done justice imo. I am interested to see what marvel can do with them.
If disney can just keep their hands off they will make a lot of money from these properties.
With the skrulls showing up in Capt Marvel the fantastic four cant be far behind?

Marvel should pretty much just rip off the plot to Annihilation, triple the cast, combine the origin stories of 616 and Ultimate, and still use Alex Garland as the director.

That is the perfect FF origin story that also introduces a new directorial style to the MCU.

I just hope disney is smarter with marvel than they have been with star wars.

With disney acquiring all these properties is it going to be disney slugging it out with at&t/time warner in the future?
