Actually, the most hilarious part of all this noise, the Big Story, is these are hardcore leftist indoctrination (propaganda) fronts this batch of hardcore leftist policies are targeting. The old 'they eat their own' maxim couldnt be more appropriate here.

All that is true.

My problem is this, I can't see any way that this is somehow a problem that govt. needs to, in any shape, fashion, or form, get involved in.

The company is providing a service that benefits their employees, which in turn, benefits the company. What's the problem here??

I think people who don't like to watch people poop on the street while they eat are very elitist

Plus anyone who doesn't care about the people who are shooting up and leaving needles behind, are a heartless nazi.

so i totally understand making those right wing nazis go out and enjoy the culture and wonderful people of SF.

I have to agree with you. It's a great policy. There could be a greater light shining on the sh##hole because more people will able to experience the city and it can be a beacon of leftist achievement for all the country to aspire to.

They do it via the internet and things like twitter and Facebook. They state things and it becomes litmus tests via the social media. They condition this way then enact their ridiculous laws. COMMIES. The war is coming my patriot friends.

Wow I wonder how Many poor office workers will now have to bring a lunch box or go hungry because they have a set amount of time for lunch and either have no affordable restaurants in area or b none close enough to get to and be back to work on time which are the reasons offices have cafeterias in first place.

What funny is you ignoring all the critiques of the left to find your humor in people YOU assume are rednecks. Pretty much sums up politics nowadays. You still sound a little muffled when your head is shoved up a different ass

Definitely nanny statism. Why do people acquiesce to that ? It's unnecessary. Don't people see the infringement of personal liberty here ? San Fran must be a mess.

At least my thinking covers a broad spectrum.

Yours, not so much.

You really don't see any issues with this?

Having argued with you more than once over the past decade, I know you're smarter than this...

How is this proposal a long term benefit to anyone? Short term, I suppose it's possible that the city would see a up tick in tax revenue--until people have to start leaving because it's become untenable financially, then this proposal become something of a liability. Just one more straw on an already over-burdened camel's back.

So, it's not enough that these companies bring employment to the area, but your going to force them to eat at your restaurants? There is a way around this. Agree to doing away with the cafeterias, but move it to food trucks out front. No more cafeterias, so what would they have to complain about?

Really now. And just would you do with someone who doesn't want to be forced? Cattle prod? Baton across the back of the head? Reeducation camp?

Sometimes. At least I used to.

Then again, it was "legal."

Regardless, my point is that you're attempting to grossly over-simplify and overgeneralize something that cannot be reduced to such simple terms. Individuals are far too different (read: diverse) to craft one-size-fits-all legislation RE: their personal life.

My personal life is my personal life, stay the HELL out of it. You're not wanted in my personal life. Your interference is rejected in any way. I don't want your "progressive" (read: dirty socialist) legislation. I don't want your goofy idea of forced association. I personally find your theories to be very lacking in substance, presenting nothing but indefensible "ideas" that render individual choice moot.

Any law/system that takes the place of personal judgement/critical thinking is bad, and is outright rejected. Completely undesirable and unwanted. I would resist such a system with every last ounce of fight in my body. Don't forget that. And I'm not alone on that.

Their ultimate plan is to start a civil war in order to justify a crack-down by a prospective socialist controlled government. Only problem is that our peaceful conservative/libertarian revolution (that took both houses of congress, the SCOTUS, the WH and the majority of state governments) threw a wrench in their plans

NOW what they need is to spark a dirty socialist revolution in order to first come to power and then take to their professed goals of "making us pay" for totally rejecting their make-believe politics and ideals.

Most worthless and non-thinking group of "people" I've ever laid eyes on.
Traitors to our flag, our country, our people and our Constitution. Shame on them. SHAME

I'm surprised they have not tried their usual BS tear-jerker angles yet.

"But, but but...think of THE CHILDREN!"

My response: "I am. By ensuring our Constitution/culture remains intact so they can enjoy the greatest gift of them all: Liberty"

Or the company could make their "food area" an LLC that is member managed. All active employees are members of the LLC, and are therefore providing themselves a private location to eat along with the food they eat.

Membership in the LLC would be a perk of employment. Keeps the unemployed junkies and others away from the productive members of society.

Besides, there is a 0% chance our super-majority on the SCOTUS would find this unlawful diktat Constitutional. I may know why they're so obsessed with Russia, however. It seems these dirty socialists want to out-Soviet the former USSR, in terms of repressive policies and retaliatory politics.
