What bunker....munitions? IF the council was smart you could turn them into ready made cities. They already have infrastructure. Just move businesses and people in. Especially if it has a runway....boom! Instant hub to the rest of the UK.
Possibilities are endless. Flying clubs, parachute clubs, auto racing circuit. Wish I was allowed to plan the development.

There's a nuclear bunker there Iirc? there was unconfirmed rumors for years that there may have also been a tunnel that linked that bunker to the one at what was Strike Command? don't know if that was true but wouldn't surprise me as there were caves that travelled under large parts of the town from the Hellfire cave entrance which is nearby?
