Gowdy not following to script. Not good.

"The evidence is overwhelming," Gowdy said. "It can be proven beyond any evidentiary burden that Russia is not our friend and they tried to attack us in 2016. So the President either needs to rely on the people that he has chosen to advise him, or those advisers need to reevaluate whether or not they can serve in this administration. But the disconnect cannot continue. The evidence is overwhelming, and the President needs to say that and act like it."

Gowdy, speaking on "Fox News Sunday," said Trump missed "a really good opportunity" at his press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki, Finland, last week to distinguish the US position from Russia. At the press conference, Trump appeared to side with Putin over the US intelligence community, which has concluded that Russia was behind efforts to influence the 2016 US presidential election.

It's as if somebody replaced Gowdy with an imposter Gowdy?

We're talking about $7.8 million Benghazi investigation Gowdy.

Hillary investigation Gowdy.

Yes, we're talking about that Gowdy.

Gowdy comes from a growing list of Republicans calling out Trump and the administrations on their 'disconnect' from the intelligence community. They're all falling back. Former SC Governor Mark Sanford, the guy known for threating secession against the Obama administration, has come out calling for Trump to release his tax returns in light of his actions at Helsinki. Gingrich coming out stating Trump committed a 'serious mistake'.

A lot of these guys are washed up has beens ya know? Who are they to talk?

Since Fox News is his primary Senior Advisor, surely he's seen this and now we can expect a course correction.

It can be proven beyond any evidentiary burden the US effed Russia in the Ukraine, and Crimea the few years before.

Is that the actions of the innocent?

Now the left loves Gowdy. So, is this the Comey treatment all over again? Will the left still listen to Gowdy when he goes after say, dear Maxine, or Cry'n Chucky, or Fauxcahontis? People like the OP crack me up.

It takes a lot of energy defending this President. Maybe they are just tired. Maybe they know they will go down in history as dirt.

Ehh. Who am I kidding? Republicans in Congress always kowtow to their Messiah, Traitor Trump. Unless, of course, they are not seeking another term in Congress.

And finally, while this time I agree with Gowdy, he definitely is a grand standing douche bag.

Not a fan of Gowdy but he is right when he says the President has all the evidence, he has access to anything he wants, more than the House, more than the Senate. He can request any documents, on any topic -- from 2,500 Iranian citizenships, to the intel on Russia to any number of topics that he raises and then never provides any evidence on.

Like, let's take the 2,500 Iranian citizenships claim that Fox News and then the President fell for -- has anything happened since that claim? Has he shown us any of those citizenship records that he has access to? Nope, and he won't because it's not there, but he knows what he's doing, he's spreading disinfo that he knows his supporters will eat up, even if they know it's not true, he's driving the rest of people crazy with his unending lies, and while we all argue and fight he thrives on the chaos he creates.

He needs to get his # together and start acting like a President and use the vast resources at his disposal.

Russian women are Smokin hot. But seriously, look at what NATO has been doing to Russia for the past IDK, 50 years or so. They have annexed Russias entire southern border. No wonder the Ruskies don't trust the West. Look what happened in Cuba long time ago.

More pitiful threads by pitiful posters, smdh.

"So, the president either needs to rely on the people that he has chosen to advise him, or those advisors need to reevaluate whether or not they can serve in this administration." (Gowdy et al)
Source : www.foxnews.com...

This is the crux of the issue and one we all have been following, "Advisors", with all the political bias, Trump is having trouble trusting his advisors and rightfully so, many of them are biased and therefore a violation of their mandate, to protect the US and its Citizens.

Brennan, a former head of intel, is viciously outspoken of our POTUS.

The article essentially states that Trump missed an opportunity to clarify some words, but ultimately, comes down to trust and what steps both the POTUS and intel community can come to terms with.

This isn't a fall back, just your usual miss guided opinion, as with most things you try to spin and tap dance with, lame 😊

"I have seen no evidence that russia could/couldn't..."

Perhaps it is time to connect to the evidence in some manner other than ignorance.

Preferably buying into the truth via his own coinage that seems to be missing.

Talk about disconnect.

When the Ukrainian president was replaced by a US-selected administration, in an entirely unconstitutional takeover, politicians such as William Hague brazenly misled parliament about the legality of what had taken place: the imposition of a pro-western government on Russia's most neuralgic and politically divided neighbour.

I don't see how anyone can look towards a member of the House or Senate with anything but disgust.

The Sexual Harassment Hush Fund is still active, no names have been mentioned.

They protect each other, R's and D's.

All we supposedly know is that "Russia" phished (not hacked) the DNC emails, and this "someone" leaked them to WikiLeaks who published them.

After reading them, a conversation among the American people ensued, and the American people deduced that the DNC and Hillary connived against poor old Bernie Sanders to block him and get her nominated. They were exposed as 'cheaters'.

The more people read the WikiLeaks, the more they realized what a dishonest hypocritical bunch of a-holes Hillary and the DNC really are!

The more they read, the more they researched, and the more was revealed about her character, The Clinton Foundation, the Uranium One deal, the pay-to-play deals while she was at State, etc. etc. etc.

We also know "Russia" supposedly attempted to hack into certain voting machines, but failed.

We also know Obama, in 2016, said it was impossible for Russia to hack our elections.

And a yet greater disconnect is to think that after we did something like this to him, that Putin is our friend and wishes us all well.
