Specialty. Psychiatry. Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), occasionally still called dysmorphophobia, is a mental disorder characterized by the obsessive idea that some aspect of one's own body part or appearance is severely flawed and warrants exceptional measures to hide or fix their dysmorphic part on their person.
Yes absolutely, as drag queens are not always transgender. Some fully identify as males for example. So you can be a cisgender male who likes to dress in drag. There are some who even say they are straight.

Wanted to ask this in a chatty thread for a long time, not sure.
Can one be a cisgender transvestite?
That is, all people have a bit of both genders.
But you're expected to be an alpha male-type as a male.
You don't measure up, so you compensate by becoming hyper-masculine.
It's a different type of drag.
You want to be more your own gender than is possible, and you go over the top.
So is it possible to be in cisgender-drag?
I'd define it as wanting to be your own gender so much that you start choosing clothes or pastimes that are far more butch than you actually feel.
It's just so ultra-conformist that society might not even recognize it as "drag".
But sure, if you have a smirk doing it, I guess it's drag.
