But the question is why did he record such information?

This was theee months ago,
Three months ago? Revelations of Cohens recordings are only a week old.
“It can’t be more than a minute and a half,” Mr. Giuliani said, referring to the length of the conversation. “Twice someone walks in — someone brings soda in for them. It’s not some secret conversation.”
He added: “Neither one seems to be concerned anyone would hear it. It went off on irrelevant subjects that have nothing to do with this. It’s a very professional conversation between a client and a lawyer and the client saying, ‘Do it right.’”
Because the tape showed Mr. Trump learning about the A.M.I. payment, it actually helps Mr. Trump, Mr. Giuliani argued. “In the big scheme of things, it’s powerful exculpatory evidence,” he said.

Still seems this law violates the constitutions protections somehow. Its just no one has challenged this yet,and this i s perfect for the supreme court to decide on if its legal to do so without a warrant. The law also SPECIFICALLY States this is for Cell phones and cordless phones. If trump used a land line and cohen used a land line this is a disqualifier apparently. OR if trump was calling from somewhere where this law does not apply it can also be dropped.
I see nothing wrong with what Trump did

Otherwise people would "pay" attorneys large sums of money as a retainer to give directly to candidates and things that help candidates.
If the candidate pays his lawyer it's not a donation. Not sure why that's hard to understand. A donation goes to the campaign, not from the campaign (or the individual) to the donor.

You cant use a third party to launder the money to prevent campaign finance violations, that would be illegal.

That’s true but you have to prove where the money came from. You have to have a proven money trail.....ain’t none.

What? Plowing porn stars behind his wife's back while she's just given birth to their infant son? I guess you must have a different perspective on life then I guess? Hey.... hey.... look... somebody theorized that maybe Melania gave Trump a pass to go plowing those porn stars as a gift ya know? It's a common thing these days... in 21st century marriages...
I think what you're trying to say is you don't feel Trump's cheating more than 10 years ago is of any relevance.

Well it’s been three months for this particular incident and still not a peep. And this is what the 140th day of the Mueller investigation and not a single indictment having to do with a single American colluding with Russia...nothing but crickets. There is simply nothing there. You guys are a joke hahaha

Are you serious????? Numerous people, including an American diplomat, were MURDERED in Benghazi!!!
Are you TRYING to be a horse's ass, or does it just come naturally to you???
Hillary Clinton, the CIA (and others) need to be brought up on Accessory to MURDER charges for what happened in Benghazi. They KNEW what was going down, they could have stopped it...BUT THEY DIDN'T! INTENTIONALLY! I don't think I've ever seen a better example of wanton reckless behavior like Benghazi.
I strongly suggest you read the book "13 Hours" by Mitchell Zuckhoff.
Your colossal ignorance is blinding!
ETA - But you won't read the book, because it makes your queen look like the wicked witch she truly is. It should make you ASHAMED to make statements like that. Zuckoff was there! When it happened!
