Before inauguration, but well after election.
Big difference.
Once a President has been elected, he starts to be briefed.

No matter how you swing it, any “meddling” that may have happened, happened under the previous President.

Lots of stuff here to dig through and corroborate with public information. But yes no evidence and nothing to show.

PS quite a bit of stuff from 2016 and a few 2017 in this trial.

I believe our intelligence agencies now as much as I have for the last 40+ yrs.
The serving President is responsible for overseeing all laws, and protecting our country from all enemies.
The previous President dropped the ball on this one.

A sitting president is responsible for executing existing law whether he likes the law in question or not. That means - implementation and enforcement.
