Sitting here, listening to the rain outside. No heating in this cold, just a hot water bottle. No tv, no audio. Just the sound of the sky reaching
down to dance upon my roof. A constant and yet delicate waltz. So far.
It's only just gone 9:30pm.
Saturday evening.
A salt lamp and a scented candle, along with my monitor, are the only sources of light. In this weather, the power could go out. Then it's just the
candle.
No one around. No family, pets or otherwise. Just the occasional insect, but even they have decided it is best to rest and wait till a more fruitful
day.
Sitting in my comfy chair, just listening to the rain.
In another part of the world, somewhere.. someone is doing the same thing.. Or..
Enjoy the weekend, we only get 52 a year. that isn't a lot, when you think about it.
I sat there last night watching a huge area of storms off to our northwest. It looked like quite a substantial area of rain, and I watched it move our
way ... and burn out like it was hitting a wall.
When the rain hits my window
I take and (inhale, cough me some indo
Me and Timbaland, ooh, we sang a jangle
We so tight, that you get our styles Tango
