My point has been that this violent crap has been going on here for a long, long time. It isn't new, and it is always used by the PTB for fearmongering and more division:

Shame that don't work for gun control.

I'm beginning to think so.

Goodness, there's some idiots out there.

There are , I will not disagree.
In most cases , the one that resorts to violence has lost the debate....
Yet , there is the point you have to meet force with equal force.
In this case , firearms should not be an option
However , at least in my case , the "guns" I have attached to each shoulder would suffice.
Or , better yet , a felony criminal case brought up in a court of law against the defendant.
No violence required.

Doesn't it ever get old defending the President no matter what the subject even when he is obviously wrong (and he is sometimes) while invoking the buggabear of CNN?

It certainly gets old looking at it ... LOL.

Trump runs his mouth more than he should. You know that. I could probably hunt down a quote from you where you admitted it.

Even given negative press ... Trump is always his own worst enemy.

Do you intentionally try and drift every thread you disagree with off topic?

This isn't even remotely what the thread is about...
It's actually quite telling to your nature.

It's not "off-topic" to challenge the presumptions in an OP or to take a different position.

It's not really any of your business if I engage in a line or two of conversation with another poster.

Furthermore the only thing that is "quite telling" here is that you want to control the way others converse and debate.

ALERT if you have an issue; don't scroll the screen with your whining.

He's not justifying the violence and YOU KNOW IT.

He's pointing to the real trend here and that is increasing violence from all sides!

You're only concerned about it when one of "your team" gets hurt???

Probably millions of Trump supporters are "seeing a trend developing" because perceptions are easily manipulated, particularly when it comes to creating the perception of a trend.

That's rich from the people that pulled Russian collusion out of their.....'hat'.

Yeah, quality stuff there Neo.

So, let's return to an earlier part of our personal interaction. You made the claim that there was no violence at Tea Party rallies and were proven wrong. Then you tried to claim that was "old news" and were shown to be a hypocrite for bringing up the Occupy movement all the time.

What is it you really want to say here beyond sniping? I've been doing it with you to my chagrin, but I want to turn it around as of this moment.

You see the actions of the man who busted the Trump supporter in the face over his flag as part of a violent trend. I agree with you, agree that it's wrong wherever it comes from, and then you want to only talk about anti-Trump/anti-"right" violence because that's what you perceive the OP to be about.

What is it you want to accomplish by talking to me? Did you think I was going to run off?

Going to have to agree on this one. Justification for violence because of ones ideology is stupid. This needs to end NOW. Start the unification and end this ridiculous separation. CMON people you are smarter than this.

That's news to me.

All I saw was a video from 2010. Which was eight years ago to DEFLECT from some snip hat punching a guy for a flag in support of the current prez.

Which wasn't on private property.

Gun control, "muh Russia" ... are you already out of talking points?

You'll be much more credible when you start condemning violence from all sides, rather than just one.

Violence is violence. YOu asked about my reference to the Tea Party, and when I give it, you want to complain that it was in 2010?

The issue is bigger than a guy getting punched over his Trump flag. If you dont' think it is, that's your deal.

Every local news report I've been able to pull up on the incident in Boynton Beach basically repeats the same story as shown in OP.

Sounds like the LEOs are on the dirtbag's trail.

A little background on the area ... apparently, the community is very vocative on political differences ...

Boynton Beach decides: We won’t become a ‘sanctuary city’ - Palm Beach Post

Residents across Palm Beach County came to Boynton Beach on Tuesday to sound off on a national political issue that a city commissioner brought home — sanctuary cities. The request on whether the city should pursue that designation — which refers to cities that decide not to cooperate with immigration authorities — was made by Commissioner Christina Romelus, a native of Haiti.

But her idea of having a “conversation” about the matter instead turned into a shouting, sign-waving, raw emotion-fueled meeting that was preceded by a threat of violent protests earlier in the day. Extra officers stood in the commission chambers and escorted the officials from their cars into the building.

It's not just one side.
