Uh, yeah. I lived there for a while and you are completely full of crap.

But keep it up. I’m sure there’s lots of people here who believe whatever you tell them. Lmao.

I was just there over the holidays last year. Stayed in South San Fran near the airport. Had business in the Spanish Mission and Mission neighborhoods. Tents all over sidewalks, garbage strewn everywhere. Denizens of street wandering aimlessly, begging from anyone who doesn't look homeless. Not counting the other places Inwent or things I saw, gentrification at its finest as well as hypocrisy from the ivory towers. But yeah, it's a real gem city.
I guess opinions vary.

Maybe the jogging squatter and the Hortons lady were riding a float ahead of the "investigators" tossing needles and feces about. Merry S###mas aye?

Have any of you ever spent time in San Francisco? I

I sure have, and it's every bit as disgusting as the OP makes it out to be. And I live in Orange County, so that's really saying something...

It's not that bad. Some areas are, but they're small areas. I lean more right than left most of the time and I still really enjoy it. You'd be surprised at the amount of people who are in the middle out here. But yes, it is gross sometimes having to step over a doodoo with a needle stuck in it. And I'm a plumber lol

It's really amazing how you can turn the suffering of thousands of homeless people into a liberal bashing #fest...
You all got serious issues and they're not because left or right, it's because you stopped giving a #.

Woo! Hell yea! This statement made a ton of sense! Upvoted for a brilliant, well-thought out, not-at-all retarded statement! My only question is: Did you taste it to make sure it was human?

My wife and I lived in SF while we were in college a few years ago. We lived in a 1 bedroom and survived on about 30k a year. And I do mean "survived".

Regardless, 30 million is a lot of money. How many people here would be in favor of redirecting that money to providing free food/housing for those homeless people so that they weren't sh*tting on the sidewalks? I bet you could spend a lot less than 30 million doing it.

Don't answer that, because I already know what the overwhelming answer to this question is. 99% of the people on this site would rather see 30 million dollars pissed away every year, rather than see anyone, anywhere (least of all a filthy homeless person), get anything for free.

What was the point of this thread? To sh*t on San Francisco? A bunch of homeless people beat you to it.

Human Feces and drug needles are costing the city 30 million a year. 12,000 needles each month!

www.zerohedge.com...-san-fran-sees-over-16000-feces-complaints-one-week

Over 16,000 complaints have been logged with the City of San Francisco regarding ‘feces’ in the last seven days.

Many of the complaints also connect the fecal matter to vagrants and homeless encampments - a sight all too common now across California.

Users can geotag the location in question, and also provide photos to support their claim.

“Homeless encampment is blocking sidewalk and creates a health hazard w trash and feces,” writes one user.

“Please move them, and send a cleaning crew. Sidewalk is impassable, forcing pedestrians into the street.”

“Homeless individuals sleeping along Funston between Clement and Geary,” writes another user.

“Observed homeless people shooting up at 5pm on Monday, July 2nd. Lots of feces and garbage in the area. Please clean up area and see if homeless individuals need services.

"Feces and urine and feminine products and all kinds of things on the ground; needles, syringes - you know they use buckets, five-gallon buckets for toilets, and it gets really disgusting," said Steve Crouch, Director of Public Employees.
